Nous vous accueillons chez nous à bras ouverts ! Immédiatement, vous vous sentirez comme faisant partie de notre famille et de nos traditions. Nous commençons notre accueil, de la même manière que mon abuela l'a fait avec moi, avec du chocolat chaud et une casserole. J'aime partager mes histoires et les traditions de ma culture avec vous. Les cours peuvent être en espagnol ou en anglais. Notre cours aura lieu dans notre belle cuisine extérieure, située sur notre terrasse. Vous apprendrez à préparer des aliments et à cuisiner dans une cuisine traditionnelle d'Oaxaqueña, appelée brasero - un poêle en brique traditionnel, avec feu ouvert. Nous nous occuperons d'une expérience culinaire pratique où vous apprendrez à préparer des apéritifs, des boissons traditionnelles, des salsas et des plats principaux. Au point culminant de notre travail acharné, nous partagerons un repas de groupe autour de la table avec de la nourriture, des boissons, des histoires, des rires, de l'amour et bien sûr, du mezcal. Nous sommes impatients de communiquer avec vous autour de la nourriture et des saveurs ; l'une des traditions les plus anciennes de ma culture.

Best experience in Oaxaca! If I could sum this experience in one sentence it would food culture and friendship.
Excellent class and we made food I could repeat at home. They were the Chef Ahday’s grandmother’s recipes. Very delightful class with a few fun surprises.
This experience was one of the best that I've had as a traveler. Ahday and Enrique opened up their home to me and we cooked the best meal! I'm still thinking about it. This is a must do in Oaxaca!!
One of the highlights our trip. From beginning to end chef and her family fantastic. I highly recommend take this class, you will not regret for one minute and you will enjoy delicious food in the process of the experience.
This was incredibly fun, educational, and delicious!! We did a 3 hour cooking class that was inclusively designed for families (we brought our 10 year old) and it wove in humor, storytelling, and great music alongside technical skills and ancestral wisdom. We learned about the regionally specific cooking techniques and ingredients as we went. And the snacks and drinks provided along the way and being able to savor what we made at the end was the perfect ending. Highly recommend!
Our private cooking class with Adhey and Enrique was wonderful! This husband-and-wife team made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. The laughter, fun, and delicious dishes we prepared together created an unforgettable experience. It was both educational and authentic, and we left with full hearts and full stomachs. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Enrique came to pick us up at the hotel and then took us back, everything perfectly organized. The cooking class with chef Adhey was incredible, they are super friendly and make you feel at home from the very first moment. Not only did we learn to cook, but they shared stories with us about their family, their culture, and their traditions. Truly, you feel like they are opening the doors of their home to you. An authentic, intimate, and very special experience. 100% recommended!
