I told the operator we needed to be at the cruise terminal at 3:00, not any sooner. They said they would pick us up at 12, WAY TOO SOON. I asked them to reschedule the pickup for 2:00 and was refused with some lame excuses. Meanwhile we were on a morning city tour that I had previously scheduled, based on having plenty of time. They didn't even inform me about the noon pickup until yesterday. Money was completely wasted.
Punctual pickup and very accommodating despite our changing the time twice. Office even called the driver enroute to verify the cruise ship to be sure we were headed to the right terminal. Good call on their part as the terminal had changed a couple weeks before.
Drivers were very efficient and their vehicles clean and well maintained. Water was provided as well.
Fast and convenient ride to cruise port in Keelung. Clean car, polite driver. Picked me up in hotel lobby and helped with my luggage.
Was a really nice car Mercedes-Benz black. Clean car guy was very helpful with our luggage.. He took us right up to our ship. Smooth sailing

I do not recommend this service. We had originally requested at 10:00am pickup and were told that our pickup time was 8:00am. When we requested it to be adjusted back closer to 10:00, we were told that they didn’t have any flexibility. Regarding the ride itself, the actual driver arrived late and was constantly veering into the other lane. We almost hit other cars on multiple occasions. I highly recommend avoiding this transportation service option.

Great service! We need to get from our hotel in Taipei to the cruise terminal in Keelung. We considered taking the train. But with 5 people and all our luggage, we decided to book a transfer instead. We were glad we did. The service was excellent. The driver arrived at the appointed time and we arrived at the cruise terminal with time to spare. Excellent driver made the transfer seamless!
