We had a pick up from our hotel for 9:30am. When the driver didn't show up on time, we called at 9:32am. The operator assured us that the driver was just entering Miami Beach and would be there shortly. At 9:50, he still wasn't there. We called again and were given the excuse of traffic and police, we could see no traffic and not blockages on our maps. When we asked how we could accept this, the operator hung up on us. The driver finally arrived at 10:20am, nearly 1 hour late. More excuses of traffic and police. We saw no traffic or police on our drive from the way he drove to our hotel. When we looked it up, the base for the operator was 45 minutes away from our hotel. We felt lied too and that they weren't honest with us that they made a mistake and forgot about us. The driver was not confident in getting around the port area. We asked how we were supposed to accept this poor service and communication and when we asked for a refund, they denied it with no apology. HUGELY disappointing and a very stressful way to start our vacation. Our group of 8 cannot recommend this service to anyone.
I think this driving service is top notch. I would give our families experience 10/10. From booking the reservation to being dropped off at our destination; the administration, driver, vehicle was all impressive. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Very professional and comfortable. He arrived on time and was a great driver. There was twelve of us and all the luggage fit perfectly. Used Viator for our trip to port and the experience was exceptional too . Although there is a language barrier he could get a person in phone to explain to us
All the shuttles were on time and the drivers were very professional. We had 12 family members and 14 bags and the handled everything well. I will definitely use Viator again.

Tour operator communicated often, with us, as we experienced numerous delays in getting to pickup on time. We were so thankful our driver waited for over an hour for us at the terminal.
Driver was a no show Didn’t respond to messages till after the time and then canceled We had to arrange another driver st the last minutes.
Horrible experience in Miami. I know they can’t control traffic, however, plan accordingly. When a pickup is scheduled at a designated time, be ready at that time. We were scheduled for 10:30 pickup, didn’t get picked up until 12:05. Then to top it off our driver didn’t speak good English, so it was very frustrating trying to understand where he was. He was nice and friendly but still. Thank goodness we didn’t miss our flight, however we only had 10 minutes to spare before boarding time. We won’t be back to Miami ever.
