I booked a transfer to the airport to guarantee getting to the airport on time, as taxis in Old City Chiang Mai can be difficult. My initial booking did not allow me to request a pickup time, only the date. I didn’t receive any communication, other than being told I would receive a text the morning of my transfer. This caused me a lot of stress because I still didn’t have a time. I didn’t have cellular service so I ended up having my tour guide on an excursion call the office on her phone to finalize the details. My driver was 10 minutes late, which isn’t a lot but I had no way to contact him to see if he was still coming. All in all everything worked out and I got to the airport in plenty of time.

A WhatsApp message directed us to the pick-up point. We messaged the driver to say we had arrived (late due to a delayed flight). Two minutes later he was there. Easy. Just what you need.

Know your pickup point in advance Airports often have specific zones for rideshare vs taxis. If you don’t check ahead, you might end up walking in circles.

The workers were very nice, respectful and made my experience that much better. They were always on time and even in the traffic they could always get to the destination swiftly. When at the airport they could spot you through a crowd, and even one time they found me. Their communication was on point and they always let you know when and where they would pick you up and drop you off. I would recommend and go through them again wether it's a big group or just you.
