Lieu de prise en charge Soyez prêt à votre adresse de ramassage confirmée à l'heure prévue. Votre chauffeur vous avertira par téléphone ou par SMS à leur arrivée. Un délai de grâce de 15 minutes est accordé sans frais supplémentaires. En retard ? Si vous êtes en retard, veuillez nous en informer le plus tôt possible. Nathan was a kind and careful driver. It would’ve been helpful if he would’ve had an identifying sign so that we could easily find him instead of being found by hustling porters.

Nathan was on time and waiting for me outside upon my arrival. He assisted with loading my luggage and drove safely to my hotel. Nathan communicated with me the day before my arrival and remained in contact until my plane landed, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this service. My only suggestion would be to have a printed sign with the pickup name, as there were many people waiting outside the airport, which could make identification easier.
