I booked a transfer from Heathrow down to Southampton. Even paid extra for the “Meet & Greet” service. Initial booking arrangements went well. All details confirmed over email with quick responses from this company. Our flight was delayed & I let them know of the new arrival time. Received a response back confirming new pick up time. We arrived and no one was there. I called the company to ask about our driver & was initially told they couldn’t even find our booking! I called again with the booking # & was told that the driver was stuck in traffic but would there in 20-25 minutes. 45 minutes later I called again & was told he was parking & would arrive in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he arrived. The drive retold us that “When I picked up your ride I was an hour away from here” which told me that nothing had been prearranged. I would never recommend using this company: the ride should’ve been pre-set as suggested, the company should’ve reached out to me to tell me of the driver’s delay and I should’ve had the Meet & Greet fee refunded. An extremely frustrating experience.
Our experience was fantastic from start to finish! Booking through the app was simple and seamless. Although our driver arrived a few minutes late due to traffic, the support team was incredibly responsive, communicative, and helpful, which put us at ease. Our driver was absolutely wonderful—friendly, funny, and a great conversationalist. The drive flew by because we enjoyed chatting with him so much. He made the entire journey comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily book again!

Driver did not show up at prearranged location. Nowhere to be found. Had to take a cab to South Hampton

Even though our flight was delayed two hours, our driver was still 50 minutes away when we exited customs with our luggage. We were on a tight timeframe and I had paid extra to have the driver meet us in the airport. I ended up having to pay for a taxi all the way to Southampton. I am in the process of trying to get my money back. We almost missed our cruise ship boarding because of this.
Easy, convenient, and reasonably priced. Driver arrived on time in a spacious vehicle. Would use again.

It worked out well that we were picked up at the airport at Heathrow. The ride to Southampton was pleasant and the driver helped us with our luggage.
