Wow! I was seriously impressed with this team of people - from the home office staff communicating clearly and frequently to the great service of the driver. I was so impressed I instantly booked a second ride. I cannot recommend enough!

MIA & FLL Transportation provided excellent service to the cruise port from our Embassy Suites hotel. Their communication was impeccable!! Maydeli Mesa reached out the day before our transfer with details on what to expect. The day of, I was sent a picture of the vehicle and notification that our driver Rene had arrived. The Mercedes-Benz Metris minivan was very clean and comfortable for our group of four/luggage. Rene was on time, professional, very patient and so kind!! His spirit/aura made us feel so relaxed during the whole service, as anxiety had kicked in earlier from hotel guests/travelers expressing concern on traffic congestion in the city. I can say our group didn’t experience anything like the horror stories from others traveling by Uber/Lyft/Taxi/Shuttle. Rene drove with care like we were precious cargo. We made it to the terminal curbside drop off on time for the appointment time selected. Thank you Rene and team for the excellent service you all provided!! I will definitely book this service again and highly recommend any traveler to do the same!!

The driver was punctual. He helped all 10 of us load our luggage. The company was great at communicating with us before and after our pick up. The van was perfect size and clean. Would use this company again!
