We had a great experience with this. David greeted us with a smile after exiting international arrivals and was very pleasant in telling us about Cape Town and things to do that we asked about.
Very professional and punctual. Organised the transfer from the airport via Viator and the return direct with the company. The driver Ambrose was great and very helpful. Car was clean and well cared for. communication was very good with the direction booking with immediate reply to the booking and subsequent emails. Highly recommend
This was just what we needed, arriving late at night after a long flight. Our driver was easy to find, the trip to our hotel was quick and smooth. Much better in my opinion than trying to find a (trustworthy) taxi ride.

Driver was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. He was waiting for us in the airport and even at the late hour, shared some information about Cape Town with us.
Airport pickup and hotel drop off was perfect. Driver was waiting for us inside the airport terminal with a sign listing my name and transported us to our hotel in a timely manner. We couldn’t ask for better service!
The driver, Ambrose, was prompt, waiting for us with a sign upon exiting our flight. He was courteous, respectful and informative.
Ambrose was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed meeting him. He met me at the customs exit with a sign that had my name and helped me with my luggage. I appreciated him being right there at the exit after my long flight. I highly recommend.
