Easy experience overall. Driver was waiting for us upon arrival and was very helpful with luggage. Vehicle was clean and ride was smooth.
Very easy to navigate. Had someone with Sign waiting for us at the declaration exit. Loaded into a van and off we went! They communicated in the days leading up to the trip to ensure we knew where we were going.
Our driver was amazing! It took us a really long time to get through immigration and he waited for us. Not to mention, we had nine pieces of luggage!! he pretty much had to play Tetris to fit everything and us in his van!
Sunny kept us updated on what to expect Upon arrival driver was waiting wirh my name. The only bad part is he doesn’t speak English at all but was nice and courteous
All I could say is that Sunny was a great help. She started communicating with me weeks in advance to make sure that when I arrived, I could get a hold of her because of Internet and website discrepancies in China , we got an airport transfer to toy story hotel went smooth with 8 people group thank you and the driver
