This was great transfer experience for us. They accommodated a group of 5 coming in on 2 different flights. Customs took a very long time to get through and our driver patiently waited for us. Great communication via text messages. We had eldery in our group and the driver graciously helped to load our luggage. Car was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this service to transfer from AMS to a hotel in Rotterdam.
Very easy. The driver kept in touch with us the whole time. We had a delay getting a bag because the conveyor belt broke but he waited and didn't complain.

Recently used Express Taxi for our rides from Rotterdam to Eindhoven Airport and back. The driver was the same for both trips and incredibly friendly, which immediately gave a nice feeling. He was on time and helped us neatly with the luggage. The car was spacious and clean, which made the ride extra comfortable, especially for a longer distance. It was very unclear where we to have met the driver. He was not with Tauck, Viking, Holland America, etc. We made other arrangements. We later learned he called our home phone when our cell was indicated. We have had many great experiences with Viator…..this was not one.

The main cause of the confusion was that the phone number you supplied was your home number instead of a mobile phone, which made it difficult for us to reach you in real-time. The day before your arrival, we sent an email through Viator containing the driver's details and clear pick-up instructions, including the importance of having a working mobile phone. Unfortunately, it seems these instructions were not reviewed. Our driver was at the designated meeting point and waited for 90 minutes after your flight's arrival, as per standard procedure. We made several attempts to contact you, and even reached out to Viator to alert you to answer our calls. However, by the time we finally received a text message from you, you had already made alternative arrangements without reaching out to us first. While we understand that travel can be stressful, we did everything within our control to ensure smooth communication and coordination. We believe it’s unfair to blame the service when all details and instructions were provided in advance. We hope this explanation helps clarify the situation and welcome the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future.
We used Express Taxi Service for our trip from Schiphol to Rotterdam Cruise Port and booked via Viator. The day before our flight, we got an SMS from Express Taxi confirming our pick up. After we arrived, we were welcomed by a very frendly driver. Everything was smooth and very professional. My advice to anyone using this service is to make sure you have enough charge in your phone as without it it's impossibble to find the driver in such a busy airport. Overall, a great experience and highly recommend!

There on time. Easy to find car. Polite and helpful. Explained where we were and where we were going
We weren’t able to contact the taxi service. They never answered their phone. We called visitor to complain and requested a refund. Then we had to make arrangements with another taxi to get to our hotel in Rotterdam. A huge problem, we would never recommend
