Arrivée et départ ARRIVÉE - PRISE EN CHARGE À L'AÉROPORT La prise en charge à l'aéroport s'effectue à l'extérieur. Une fois l'immigration et les douanes dédouanées, sortez du bâtiment et rendez-vous dans la zone d'arrivée. Entrez par la première porte à droite au bureau d'information pour sortir du terminal. Une fois dehors, tournez à droite et marchez vers la zone Groovy Grouper. Notre chauffeur/accueil se tiendra derrière la barricade avec une pancarte affichant le nom de notre agence de voyage et votre nom. Une fois que vous avez identifié le greeter, présentez-lui les détails de votre réservation et vous serez accompagné jusqu'à votre trajet. TRANSFERT DÉPART/RETOUR - PRISE EN CHARGE À L'HÔTEL La prise en charge à l'hôtel est prévue 5 heures avant l'heure de départ du vol que vous avez indiquée sur cette réservation. Un message sera envoyé lors de votre réservation avec votre heure exacte de prise en charge. Le jour de votre départ, veuillez vérifier et être prêt au moins 10 à 15 minutes avant cette heure. Rencontrez votre chauffeur à l'entrée du hall principal, comme indiqué sur votre réservation. Les chauffeurs ne peuvent attendre que 15 minutes après l'heure de prise en charge indiquée.

Couldnt have asked for a better driver. Scott was polite, on time and very knowledgeable about Jamaica and its culture
We use Scott last year and that experience was so great that I didnt have to give it a second thought in trusting myself and family with him again this trip. Experience from Airport pickup to all the excursions we booked with him were excellent. His knowledge of all the experiences and the island is se and to none. We had such a great experience that I already have him booked for a day in August when we are back on the island on a cruise as well as confirming our next weekling trip next July as well as another day from a cruise in August. I recommend Scott wholeheartedly as he cares for his passengers, plus he takes great photos. We will forever use him when we are on the island.

My cousin recommended Scott to us for our airport transfer. You can rely on him 100%! He's super punctual and explains a bit about what you can see along the way. We also booked the Rasta Safari tour through him, where he takes you there and back. This trip was also a short island tour where we saw a lot. And last but not least, he's just a really nice guy! If you go to Jamaica, then only use him for reliable pick-ups and drop-offs.

He was very nice and explained things along the way. He even stopped in Negril to take pictures of us. He got us to our resort safely & in a reasonable time. For our departure He was early (we liked that bc we were ready to come home, lol) We give him 5***** would definitely recommend 😊🇯🇲

We had Scott pick us up from Ocho Rio for a tour of Negril . He was very prompt and good communication. He brought us to local places for meals and had a great walk on 7 mile beach. I would strongly use his service again
