Hector was great! He was right there when we exited the airport annd brought us right to our hotel. The car was big enough for 6 plus our luggage.
What an amazing service. My driver was there waiting for me. I had no problem finding him. Incredibly professional! I am booking for my return trip too the airport!
Easy and friendly! My driver, Hector, met me outside baggage claim and walked me to our car. 20 mins later, I was at my Airbnb. He even waited to make sure I could get inside ok! Highly recommend.
Prompt pickup by a courteous driver in a clean large luxury SUV. The communication from the driver was also excellent. We were coming from the US, so he communicated ahead of time and throughout our trip to make sure we were relieved that it would be a smooth trip and it was.

The Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico exceeded all expectations. It has a perfect location-and overlooks the main square (Zocalo) . The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the fabulous roof top restaurant. We will be back!!!
Our flight was one hour late but our driver let us know that he was available. He met us with my name on a sign. It was a little chaotic in the arrival hall. The drive took one hour for fifteen kilometres but the SUV was new, clean with water
Perfect airport pick up and delivery to our Airbnb. Our driver was very professional and helpful. Met us at the main airport exit after baggage claim with my name on a sign. BIG CITY- so having her meet us and deliver was awesome. Loved her.
We were met after customs by a sign holding person who then called the driver. The vehicle was a clean Lincoln Navigator. Everyone was courteous and professional. Bottled water was provided. We were driven to our hotel with no issues. However, although the Viator web site was relatively easy to use to make a booking from MEX airport to the hotel, it was impossible to navigate the site to make the return booking. The site asked about our return, but there was no capability to actually make such a booking. We were only able to do so directly with the driver on the way to the hotel. In looking at other Limo services this problem is not unique to the one we chose. Viator needs to fix this. It is not a reflection on the very good service we experienced on the day.
So wonderful and super easy. Nice and polite with drinks and suggestions for dinners! I really appreciated the extra effort! A+
