We used this service twice during our trip: once for a transfer from our accommodation to Gimpo Airport and once for a pickup from Gimpo Airport to our hotel. The transfer to Gimpo Airport was excellent. The driver was on time, professional, and got us to the airport without issue. Unfortunately, the pickup from Gimpo Airport was a very different experience. The transfer from Gimpo Airport to Myeong-dong took approximately 2 hours and 25 minutes. During the trip, we observed the vehicle traveling away from our destination and contacted the company while the transfer was still in progress. We did not receive a response at that time. The delay caused us to lose a significant portion of our afternoon in Seoul. After the transfer, we submitted documentation of the pickup time, communications, and arrival time through Viator. Following Viator’s involvement and review of the evidence, a refund was issued. I appreciate that the issue was ultimately resolved; however, based on our experience, I would be hesitant to book this transfer again.

Luke is as a great driver and was very helpful. He got us to our destination quickly and efficiently. We had five people and seven luggage’s and the van had plenty of room. I recommend him highly.
