Il s'agit d'un transport privé qui vous conduira directement à votre hôtel ou à votre destination dans la bande hôtelière de Cancun. nous célébrons notre 5e anniversaire et en guise de remerciement pour votre préférence, vous bénéficierez d'une visite shopping gratuite à Cancun ou à Playa del Carmen. la visite gratuite aura lieu un jour différent de votre arrivée. La réservation 2 jours à l'avance est obligatoire et sous réserve de disponibilité. à votre arrivée, vous recevrez le numéro de l'exécutif qui vous aidera à effectuer votre réservation une fois arrivé à l'aéroport, vous récupérerez vos bagages et après cela, vous passerez par les douanes et l'immigration. après cela, vous traverserez le couloir et trouverez la sortie. veuillez rechercher la sortie des agences de voyages et des voyagistes. c'est là que vous trouverez notre personnel qui vous attend avec une pancarte à votre nom. notre personnel vous dirigera vers la zone où nous avons le véhicule qui vous conduira à votre hôtel.

Le service sera disponible à l'heure que vous avez choisie, et par courtoisie, le véhicule attendra jusqu'à 10 minutes après l'heure prévue.

When I arrived I was told that the service doesn’t go to my resort that is in Cancun. I sent the address and Google Maps directions ahead of time and when I arrived at the airport I was told they couldn’t take me to my resort because of the location. The location is in the hotel zone in Cancun. I was confused. I was very dissatisfied

I booked the morning of our flight. I was lucky because most shuttle/ transfer services require 1-2 days booking notice. Our Driver, Bismarck, was very kind, funny and knowledgeable of the area. He communicated with us via Google Translate and it worked well. I nice touch he had cold bed or water for us !
