The taxi did not come to pick us up, waited for over an hour. The customer service was of no help either
We are very sorry for what happened. We were at the meeting point for over 2 hours with the sign bearing your name. We are facing a dilemma at the airport because people are being diverted to another area. (friends and family) practically outside where we are not, surely the people around are people with intentions of selling taxis and they don't say where the official zone is. We are requesting your refund and reiterate our commitment to your well-being. Unfortunately, We tried calling you on your cell phone but we were unsuccessful. we were unable to provide you with the necessary assistance.
They’re very reasonably priced and we’re always there on time. Our flight got in early and they were still at the airport, waiting on us if no, we were 20 minutes early. I would highly recommend them. I believe it was $135 for two of us round-trip for a private transfer.

The private transfer was excellent , the girl who attended me to hire the service was very attentive however, I asked for my invoice in advance and so far I have not been sent anything. These details make you think twice about reoccupying your service.
Gracias por el comentario, solo quisiera aclarar para que se tome en cuenta, la reserva se realizo el 28 de octubre y el depósito se había solicitado que se deposite en noviembre para evitar el problema de facturación, pero el depósito lo realizaron el 31 de octubre y el sistema fracturó a público en general del mes de octubre, como contamos con un sistema de facturación no podemos cancelar y se le notificó al cliente. Lo Lamentamos mucho pero hay ocasiones que no nos permiten darle la atención debido a los sistemas automatizados y por desgracias no podemos modificarlo.
Excellent service, super punctual, excellent price (round service), security. I had the opportunity to use the service twice in the same month and everything was very impeccable. They also have the option of billing if you so require.

Excellent service. Our driver, Franco is very knowledgeable and pleasant. They were waiting for me at the airport and were very punctual to pick us up at the hotel for u our return trip. I recommend them and will use them again. Fair prices

My husband, two children and I took this private transfer from Cancun airport to Iberostar Paraiso Beach. This is a very safe and very professional service! The company gave clear instructions to find them at pickup, stayed in constant communication with me, and the driver Antonio was very kind and friendly and drove safely! The van was meticulously clean and Antonio even had cold, complimentary Coronas waiting for us when we arrived! Highly recommend! 5 stars!
