Great service. We cleared customs early so expected to have to wait for the driver since it was 45 minutes before our scheduled pick up time. Driver was there with a sign with our name as they said they would be. I would give this company six stars if I could!
Danny did a great job….on time and friendly ride…Bonus was Danny giving us some tour of Amsterdam information along the way! Highly recommend
Superior, seamless service made our arrival and transport to our city hotel really easy. Our driver texted us his picture so we could find him easily and was waiting with clear signage when we arrived. Really a totally professionally organized service and a pleasure to work with!

I cannot not say enough about this transport company that contracts with Viator. The owner was very thoughtful and kind - picked up my grandson and delivered him safely to the hotel in Amsterdam. My huge regret is I forgot to tell my grandson to tip the driver. This was my grandson’s very first trip to Europe and he was flying solo and he has no idea what to do. Thank you so very much for watching over my grandson!!!
Airport transfer by Sam from Safar was superb! Although our flight was late, he was there at the arrival area with a visible sign. He was courteous and friendly. Our mode of transport was comfortable and spacious. He provided us with cold waters to hydrate us from our long flight from the United States. He is very pleasant and communicative giving us tips and highlights for our couple days in Rotterdam. Because we do not have a roaming mobile plan and are at the mercy of WiFi, Sam confirmed with us our pick up transfer on our return trip to the airport! We will definitely use services with Safar in the future when and if we ever return.

Very smooth pick and ride to the monet grand hotel. Driver very professional and friendly and assisted us copletely with our luggage from airport and when we got to the hotel.
No communication from driver. No info about where to meet him at the airport which is huge and I had never been there before. Price was way too high for the service I received and I will never book this again. I would have been better off and probably paid less to just hail a taxi once I arrived. Thanks for nothing.

We have internally researched this case and it turns out that our driver was trying to reach out to you multiple times, to be precisely 5 times, between 10:54 AM and 11:44 AM, however, none of these calls were answered. The 6th call at 11:42 AM was finally answered by one of your friends/family members. Therefore we were not able to prevent this problem that was caused by your phone. All in all, we apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred and we kindly request you to revise this review as we do have proof of the many times that our driver tried to reach out to you. We went to Amsterdam and The Hague, in addition to small lands in the surrounding as Deft. The country is beautiful, the garden of tulips, named Keukenhof, wonderful place, and the area of the windmills of Zaanse Schans, very interesting to understand how they lived in ancient times. In Amsterdam we went to a THIS IS HOLLAND simulator, a 5D experience where you felt the smell of tulip fields, the storm of the North Sea among other sensations. It's expensive but worth it. Another super fun experience is going to the Heineken Museum with friends, it's laughing and laughing seriously. The prices of food are high but looking can balance the bills, that is, some days more expensive and others less. As for the people, I didn't find them sympathetic.
