We had a cancellation and traveled a day late and also had a 4 hour delay and company and driver accommodated. I really appreciate that these airport transfers are watching your arrival and understand that air transportation is unreliable and are so flexible. The car was large and comfortable and the driver very professional. Even though it costs more than an uber, I find scheduling airport transfers after an international arrival worth it in terms of peace of mind and ease.
Driver Benny was great arrived right on time was courteous and professional he met us at baggage claim and assisted with luggage the ride to hotel was informative

Driver, Dennis, was great. Due to Lufthansa strike I had to change flights which Viator failed to pass onto the limo driver's company. They didn't show up and when I reached out to the limo company they quickly dispatched a driver. The company had reached out to Viator to see if I changed flights knowing about the strike. The got no response.

Very efficient and comfortable. We were contacted along the way that our transfer was planned and that our driver had arrived at the airport. We were met after baggage claim and customs by our driver, who whisked us comfortably to our hotel in the city center.

The flight arrived on time but the luggage was delayed arriving on the belt. Thanks to his thoughtful text earlier, pre-pickup, we were able to keep each other updated. Once I exited the baggage area, there he was, my name clearly displayed and he took over from there! He was helpful, patient and great to chat with!

We reserved a minivan from the airport to our hotel, and our chauffeur, Rudolf Reeker, was on time, respectful, and easy to communicate with. He was helpful, professional, and made the entire trip smooth and pleasant. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and his driving was excellent. We truly appreciated the service and would highly recommend it.
