This Transfer company is Top Tier. The Chevy Suburban was spacious, new and smelled great. The driver Mr. Hernandez had the best playlist. The drinks were cold. It was the perfect way to cap off our time in Mexico. There are so many transfer companies to choose from, however this is one of the best.

Our transfer arrived 10 minutes before our booking time and waited patiently. Manuel was very polite and courteous, helping with luggage and ensuring our comfort prior to departure.
Their communication is terrible & they are extremely rude. I was the one that had to reach out the day of to ensure that the driver was still coming since I didn’t hear anything from this operator once I arrived in Mexico. Then - while I was in the process of checking out - with a pickup time of 11:30am, the driver had nerve to call me at 11:35am verbally berating me & threatening to leave without me because they have other appointments. How lucky for me that the staff at Waldorf Astoria convinced him to stay & helped me expedite checkout, but super embarrassing, humiliating, and frustrating experiencing all around. Apparently they had some problems with scheduling and vehicle issues & tried to blame the attitude on demand from the company, but that is no excuse — I am a paying customer & do not deserve to bear the brunt of whatever internal drama is happening. This is my first time using this company, & I am currently cancelling all future transport I had planned with them. I usually use STP Caribe who always has the utmost professionalism and customer service, & I will go back to them accordingly.
The booking picture of nice quality SUVs is misleading. For our two person round trip transfer, the vehicle was a van. We were expecting a nicer transport due to the picture. We could have booked with another company and saved money for a van transport

We booked this transport service last minute and it was well worth it! Fast confirmation back from the company. They recommend a departure time and was spot on. Our driver was on time, the van was clean and air conditioned. He offered beer, water and even asked our preference for music. Would definitely not hesitate to book again!
