Amazing! They were so organized and prompt! Christian was my driver and he was so helpful and interesting to talk to. Highly recommend!
Legitimate, professional and friendly. However, they were 15-20mins late. It was a ok once we were on the transportation van.

Jerry was wonderful, he made sure to text us letting us know that he was at the airport waiting. He greeted us with a smile and refreshments. Daniel drove us to our hotel another great guy the both of them were really outstanding!
Driver was on time. Texted me, where we can find him and had a name sign. It was a very comfortable bus for a family of four with 6 bags.

Great company ! My wife and I had the pleasure of being picked up by Oliver. Oliver met us at the exit with a sign with my name on it. We were going to buy a couple of drinks for the trip from Cancun to Playa, but Oliver advised us not to purchase at the airport as he would stop for us at a less expensive spot ! Oliver was basically our tour guide in our private shuttle informing us of many many features of Mexico and Mexican life Our flight was moved up an hour so we contacted Turismo Channel meeting Vanessa (Oliver’s wife) She is also very very nice and quickly moved our pick up time no problems what so ever. Unfortunately with our flight being at 00:15 ( quarter after midnight ) this caused some confusion on what day we were to be picked up as the pick up day would actually be the day before our flight. I think I was confused, Aviator and Turismo Channel were confused , but at the end of the day a quick talk to Turismo Channel and all was fixed ! On our next trip we will definitely choose Turismo Chanel and request Oliver , if possible , and look forward to hopefully bettering our friendship with Oliver and his wife Vanessa !
