Very good, informative arrival directions were sent to me several hours prior to arrival with pics, so everything was very clear. On arrival, the communication was excellent and Jimmy the driver was enjoyable to talk with. Highly recommend this transfer

Spent a bit of time waiting around for the guide, and then again while he organized another party into their car. The driver seemed to be unsure of the first half of the journey, travelling considerably under the speed limit. It is a long trip to the city after a long flight and he was making it even longer.

We were greeted by a paging officer in the arrival hall location provided to us in a photo. Easy to find. We then had a short wait before being led straight to our car. Our driver was delightful and informative.

We received very good communication via Whatsapp before we arrived. When we arrived, we immediately communicated with them. We were in the arrival hall with nobody there. Our name was stuck between 2 names , one on top and one below. We had no way to find our driver. People helped us s to locate our driver. We ended up waiting over half an hour.

I was picked up by a Chinese Mr. YIP. From pick-up to drop-off at the hotel, this driver didn't say a word. On arrival I greeted politely....no response. At the drop-off I greeted again, no response. People like this shouldn't be in such a profession if they don't know how to socialize. What a rude fork! This is the first time in my life that I have not tipped off a driver, I absolutely cannot reward this kind of rude behavior! If I had the opportunity to give ZERO stars then this man would have absolutely deserved it. Too bad.

Relatively easy to book and excellent communication made the whole transfer seamless. Clearly identified upon arrival and a very modern and clean car made the transfer very comfortable.

Our flight to KL was very late due to bad weather, but the operator kept in touch with us and when we finally did arrive after midnight we were able to connect with the driver and get to our hotel without any dramas. Our driver Mr Bock was wonderful!

Our pickup was quick and easy. Our driver was very entertaining and gave great information along the way into the city. I would not hesitate to use this service again

I had a great experience from booking to drop off. The company provided me with specific pickup details such as the driver information and a picture of the placard to look for. The driver was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company!

Fantastic service. Even with our bags being delayed to the next flight Mr Mani was so accomodating and helped us the whole way and was great at communicating. The driver was polite and got us there efficiently and helped us with our bags.
