Car was clean, driver helpful with bags, opening the door offering assistance. Our driver was friendly and pleasant. He was also interesting about Hawaii’ language and culture. I give him a 5 rating.
Changed is from private shuttle to share shuttle and changed our time without our consent, 12 hours before our time. We had no other choice, so we stuck with them. Then the transfer itself was a fiasco. Uncoordinated, terrible driver, late, just a big mess. Avoid these people. Still trying to get my refund for the changes.
Prebooked transfer didnt even turn up. We had to get a cab at extra expense. Also could mot contact them to see what was going on. Would never, ever use Speedi Shuttle again.

We booked an entire shuttle for our group of 7 from our hotel to Honolulu Airport. Not only did the shuttle never show up, the two phone numbers listed to reach them were both busy. Thank goodness the hotel was able to quickly summon a minivan taxi and we did not miss our flight. Subsequent e-mails to get our money refunded have gone unanswered. We are now working with our bank to dispute these charges. Save time and stress and take a taxi.
Excellent service from this company, booked online easy process. Turned up at Hotel right on time. Driver polite and friendly whipped the bags in the back and we were off. No worries of booking with these again would highly recommend 5*

This is our 3rd trip using SpeediShuttle for our airport shuttle. They have always arrived at the time specified and the vehicle was clean and tidy and drivers very friendly. Great service in Honolulu.
