Driver was on time, pleasant and professional! I would book again if I return to Seattle. Good value transportation option
We were never informed to meet the shuttle bus at the back of the hotel, therefore we waited out front with other shuttle buses til someone came looking for us.
I was expecting a shuttle like shown on the website. I was picked up in a full sized motor coach. Quite comfortable, the driver was friendly and gave us a lot of information about Seattle. Very convenient!
Our ride was smooth and easy; made the morning very stress free.

There is a new name on the shuttle not Seattle Express but we were not informed it was now Traxx so we missed our initial ride. Luckily driver Jim took us to our location and made everything better. Thank you Jim.
Prior to the busyness of the World Cup events in Seattle, my sister and I had booked an Alaskan cruise, leaving Seattle's Pier 91 on Friday, June 19. Although our scheduled pick-up was delayed, Viator notified us of such and sent a helping shuttle to provide transportation from the hotel near the airport to the Pier 91...in a very timely manner. The driver was friendly and efficient!!!

Driver was excellent He was on time and friendly! We were disappointed the air conditioning in the van didn't work better. We asked him to turn it lower, but the temperature never improved. The fan blower became louder.
The transportation to the cruise port was great! Our driver was excellent. People booking this should know there is a 20 minute window for the pick up time.
