The staff at pickup was amazing, very helpful, the Driver was amazing, worked hard, drove the vehicle safely, would highly recommend this company for transportation
Was right outside the port. Easy to find. Just too long a wait for the bus and it was cold out. Close to an hour wait
once we found your representative off the ship we were informed and they processed our trip to accommodate us
Waited over two hours for a prescheduled pickup from Peer 66 after disembarking Norwegian Joy in Seattle. At first, was told it would be an hour wait, then kept being told another 15 minutes and given various excuses. After approximately 2 1/2 hours the Seattle Express finally arrived. No apology for the delay or anything.
This was very easy!! We walked right out of the cruise terminal and there was a big Seattle express banner…one thing to note is that this service runs 7am-11am…
Easy pick-up and delivery from pier to the airport. Driver on time and friendly. Transportation was clean.

Excellent service...they were right in front of the cruise terminal...very nice and friendly driver that took us right to the airport.
Driver was great. Had an issue with Viator. The app lacked necessary information to find our transport. Stood around for an hour waiting. Called Viator customer service and not too helpful. Finally got the name which does not appear on the app. And the phone numbers for Seattle transport and they were very helpful. I am not sure if I will be using Viator in the future. But not writing them off completely yet.
We pre planned our drop off and pick up months in advance and everything went perfectly! Far less than an Uber or taxi and we got some history lessons as a bonus!
