Ne manquez pas de visiter Keukenhof, où vous pourrez admirer les magnifiques tulipes néerlandaises en fleurs ainsi que d'autres fleurs qui font la renommée de la Hollande. Keukenhof est le parc floral le plus célèbre et le plus grand au monde ; il se trouve non loin d'Amsterdam. Notre chauffeur professionnel, au volant d'un minibus privé, viendra vous chercher à l'adresse que vous aurez indiquée à Amsterdam ou dans ses environs. Vous serez ensuite conduit au Keukenhof, où notre chauffeur vous attendra jusqu'à ce que vous soyez prêt à repartir. Vous indiquez ensuite où vous souhaitez vous rendre. Ce qui rend ce transfert unique, c'est la souplesse avec laquelle vous pouvez charger vos affaires dans notre spacieux minibus. De plus, vous n'avez pas à vous soucier du transport entre votre lieu de départ et Keukenhof, ni du retour. La visite dure au total entre 4 et 5 heures. Au Keukenhof, on se croirait perdu au milieu d'une mer de fleurs. Réparties dans divers jardins et pavillons, les tulipes et autres fleurs se comptent par millions.

Unfortunately we were deceived and misled with the tour, because the park was closed and there was nothing to do and the agency did not warn us.
Thank you for your feedback, but we strongly disagree with your review. From the very first day of your booking, we clearly informed you that the park was closed. After that, we offered multiple times to cancel the reservation free of charge, but you chose to keep the booking. Even on the day of the tour itself, we explained several times — with proof and live updates — that there were no tulips to see at that moment. We also suggested alternative activities and destinations to still give you a beautiful experience. Despite all of this, you still decided that you wanted to continue with the tulip tour. Our driver then did his best to make the day enjoyable and create a pleasant experience for you regardless of the circumstances outside of our control. For that reason, we honestly do not feel that a 1-star review is fair, especially considering the transparency, flexibility, and effort we provided throughout the entire process.
