Driver messaged me on Whats App the day of the transfer and was waiting for us at the airport with a sign. Would definitely choose this option for transfer again. Easy breezy.
The car was very nice and well air conditioned. The driver contacted me in advance via WhatsApp which I appreciated. He also had my name on a sign. The driver did not seem to speak English, which wasn't a problem in this case, but something to note. We had to weave through people and it was a little nerve wracking not being able to communicate. It was nice to have a transfer lined up and not have to rely on taxi or uber.
I took their taxi service in Chennai. Safe for a solo traveller. The driver was on time and professional. Would recommend.
Driver waited for me even with a delay from flight. He was kind and got me to hotel quickly and safely. Highly recommend!
Upon arrival, I could not find the driver. I tried calling the company but had communication issues with the customer service. When we finally found the driver, he mentioned he just arrived and he did not had time to prepare a nameboard in advance. He only had a Whatsapp photo as reference. The driver had difficulty finding the hotel and got lost half way. It made us quite afraid as we were in a foreign land and it had pass midnight already. Lucky, he managed to find the hotel in the end.
Our Hyderabad to Chennai flight was already late. Despite the panic, me and my family was able to reach to our hotel on right time. That was all due to the taxi bazaar's driver who was right there outside airport and helped us reach in a short span of time. We are really grateful to the taxi bazaar.
