I can not say enough GREAT things about this company and its staff. I apparently left my house key which was in my pocket) in their van. The next thing I knew I had a message from the hotel’s front desk saying they dropped it off for me 2 days later. How they knew it was mine, I will never know. I am truly grateful. Terrible, terrible communication on pickup times and on getting to the venue. Our pickup time was supposed to be 5pm, guide said to be there 15 min early. We were. Driver was not there to pick us up until 5:30. No communication day of from your company, no answers to our texts with questions on where the driver was. Drivers information had pickup at 5:30, arrival was right at doors close. Will NOT be touring with this company again.
