L'heure de prise en charge est définie en fonction de votre emplacement et commence à 7h00 (à Playa del Carmen, les prises en charge commencent à 09h00), les voyageurs qui ne fournissent pas de lieu de prise en charge devront nous contacter car dès que possible, sinon nous ne serons pas en mesure de fournir le service.

- Si vous êtes un client de l'Occidental at Xcaret Destination - All Inclusive, Playa del Carmen, le parc est situé à 15 minutes à côté de l'hôtel, les clients doivent se rendre seuls à l'entrée principale du parc, le concierge de l'hôtel est toujours présent. les clients pour accéder au parc Le voyagiste de la carte d'embarquement vous en envoie une vierge et il est obligatoire de l'imprimer. N'oubliez pas que le blanc est le bon, pas le reçu d'achat vert viator.
- Nous avons besoin de la capture d'écran de la pièce d'identité du titulaire de la carte. Le titulaire de la carte doit être le nom du voyageur principal et il est obligatoire que cette personne assiste dans le parc. Si nous n'avons pas tout ce dont nous avons besoin, nous ne pourrons pas vous fournir votre carte d'embarquement officielle.

Don’t go on this tour The tour guide only spoke in Spanish we had no clue what would happen, when I complained guide told us everything in 2 m

We would like to clarify that this tour is designed as a self-guided experience within Xcaret Park, meaning that it does not include an accompanying tour guide throughout the tour. Visitors can enjoy the park at their own pace, choosing from multiple activities and shows based on their interests. The staff providing the transfer from Cancun provides a brief introduction before arrival at the park. This information includes: The return bus number, Meeting point and time for the return departure, General instructions regarding park entry. This explanation is initially given in Spanish and then in English to ensure all passengers understand the instructions. In your case, we understand that this part may have felt rushed, and we apologize if it was not conveyed as clearly as you expected. It's worth noting that our team was available and provided assistance throughout the entire experience, including through digital means, to support you with anything you needed. We booked the trip in advance and confirmed the day prior that the pick up time was 8:30 am from our hotel. At 2:30 am, on the day of the tour, I got an email that the pick up time was now 6:30 am (I was sleeping and did not see this message until later ). My phone rang a few times after 4:00 am, i ignored it because it was an unknown number. At 5:00 the same caller was calling again so I answered it and was informed my pick up time would be in 90 minutes at 6:30 am not at 8:30 as my paperwork indicated. We made our pick up and as the driver stopped at the next hotel, the family missed the pick up and we continued to the next hotel. I could not help but wonder if they missed their transportation because they missed a middle of the night notification on the day of the tour. We started in a van but then switch to a large bus for the journey to xcaret. The guide spoke in Spanish for approximately a half an hour then gave us a two minute briefing so we are not sure what information we missed out on. The trip back to the hotel went smoothly, upon leaving xcaret, worker scanned your bracelet and directly you to the proper bus or in our case a van Advice: print a map of xcaret before you arrive as their park app does not always work well and will list attractions but not a the accompanying times. Park staff was helpful in pointing out the proper direction This excursion had the xcaret “plus” included which was a plus - it had snorkeling equipment , a buffet lunch, and a locker for the day which was helpful
Natural park of breathtaking beauty. The water is clear and the park extremely clean. You can swim with the fish , go down a river and let yourself be carried by the current . This is a great time to share with family or friends. If you take the package with food, you can eat at any restaurant in the resort and the food is excellent.
It was expensive and everything cost extra. The show is wonderful but yo long to see at the end of a long day
So much to experience, lot´s to see, beautiful place, very relaxing, many activities/adventures to choose from, excellent seafood buffet (from one of the 5 restaurant to choose). and very clean. Committed in protecting Pink Flamingo and Turtles. Easy to find your way.

Awesome experience. Loved the underground rivers, seeing the animals, relaxing looking at the waves, great food, and cultural learning - the pre-Hispanic ceremonies throughout the day are amazing. The Espactacular really is spectacular to learn about the history of the national culture before and after the conquistadors, and of the different Mexican states. Some recommendations: it is a LONG day, with Cancun hotel zone pickups at 6:50am and returning home at 11pm - this is 13 hours at the park plus transport over an hour each way. Based on the river experience, you will be better to have water shoes or sandals that won’t come off in the river. SPF shirts were awesome, and that wet keeps you cool when not in the water. A small towel may suffice to dry you completely after air drying vs. beach towels - enjoy the coolness of the wet after an outdoor shower in your swim gear! Near the shoreline, there are great breezes, but be prepared for heat and humidity everywhere else. Bring a fan for the nighttime show or you are just sitting and sweating.

Amazing place !! A must go to Need more than one day to enjoy all events ! Food places open late I. The day would be the only complaint of the day Lots of shade made the heat livable Do all the site seeing first then the rivers less people and great cool down
