Letizia gave us a wonderful tour of both history and food! She is incredibly knowledgeable and we loved all her personal stories. We highly recommend it.
Our guide was fantasticshe was very knowledgeable about the food as well as the city. She took the time to explain everything and the different types of foods. Would highly recommend this tour.
Our party of four took a private Food and Cultural Tour of Ortigia with Letizia. She was excellent! Her passion for local foods and for Ortigia were infectious. She shared the rich history and cultural highlights of this beautiful island. We dipped into unique food shops, a papyrus workshop, and the street market. She also left us with wonderful restaurant recommendations. If we ever return, we'll definitely take one of her cooking classes!
The private tour with our guide Letizia was wonderful and so knowledgable. We learned the history of Ortigia and Siracusa while tasting just about everything there was to taste. The food was amazing and we felt so well taken care of the whole time. We would recommend this tour to everybody, and make sure you bring your appetite.
Highly recommend for history, culture and cuisine. We explored every nook of the city with an intimate group of 4 plus our amazing guide Letizia. She is extremely knowledgeable on history and culture, exposed us to many types of local cuisine and most importantly steered us away from the proverbial tourist traps for the rest of our trip.
Leticia is a very knowledgeable and kind historian. We learned a lot about the city of Ortigia. We had plenty to eat, and it was Favoloso!!

This is the second tour I took with them (The first one being their amazing cooking class experience) and it did not disappoint! I would definitely recommend this tour, or any of the tours that Letizia and Giuseppe offer
Our tour was AMAZING! Giuseppe was extremely knowledgeable, charming, honest, and knew everybody everywhere-- guaranteeing our ability to get into each site with personal service. Throughout the tour, we enjoyed an incredible variety (and volume!) of food. Honestly, we could have spent the entire day experiencing Ortigia with Giuseppe. WE STRONGLY ADVISE BOOKING THE FOOD + CITY TOUR with Giuseppe. Giuseppe's father and sister are also experienced local tour guides. If we had stayed one more day in Ortizia, we would have booked their wine tour and cooking class in their local home.
What an AWESOME tour of the Ortigia food scene! Our guide, Guiseppe was a great guide with a lot of local knowledge. Highly Recommended. Come hungry.
