Monte Brasil est situé à Angra do Heroísmo, sur la côte sud de l'île de Terceira, aux Açores. Il comprend une caldeira entourée de quatre sommets : Pico das Cruzinhas, Pico do Facho, Pico da Quebrada (où se trouve l'observation des baleines) et Pico do Zimbreiro.
Arrêtez-vous dans la paroisse de São Mateus, connue par le peuple comme la paroisse des pêcheurs, ici nous avons une vue fantastique sur l'océan Atlantique et nous avons un bref passage à travers l'église et le port de pêche.

Visitez les magnifiques piscines naturelles de Biscoitos ! Eau pure et cristalline, roche volcanique et vues fantastiques sur la mer.

We had a great time on this tour of the west side of Terceira. Loved learning about the history of the Azores and the island. The sightseeing was incredible, and the cheese tasting was lovely! We were so impressed by André’s knowledge and he was so personable and engaging which made us feel right at home on the island and very comfortable on the tour. Highly recommend this tour, don’t miss out!

We loved touring around the island with Amelia. She was charming, funny, and knowledgeable. Not to mention, she is fluent in at least three languages and drives a stick shift like a boss. Our group had six and then we picked up one Spanish-speaking couple for a total of eight. We were blown away by the sites at Monte Brasil, enjoyed seeing the fisherman town, loved the cheese tasting, and had a blast putting our feet in the water of the natural pools of Biscoitos. It gave us a brief taste of the island to know better what we wanted to see and do for the rest of our trip.

Small group tour of West North part of Terceira. James was the perfect guide. Knowledgeable, friendly and conversed so well in Portuguese and English. Gave all of us time to ask questions and take photos. Biscoitos was the highlight.
