Le circuit débute sur l'emblématique plage de Praia do Ouro à Sesimbra, où les participants sont accueillis par l'équipe. C’est ici que se déroule le briefing de sécurité, que le matériel est distribué et qu’une brève introduction à la technique d’aviron est donnée. L'atmosphère est détendue, avec une vue sur la baie calme, idéale pour ceux qui essaient le kayak pour la première fois.
La visite se termine par le retour au point de départ. Le voyage de retour se fait à un rythme tranquille, permettant aux participants de profiter de leurs derniers instants en mer et d'apprécier une dernière fois le paysage, avec un sentiment d'accomplissement et de détente.

Wow! It's beautiful to see! Very pleasant and athletic outing. In the morning, everything is quiet. We saw a starfish on the wall of a cave, jellyfish, and lots of fish swimming around the kayak.
Excellent tour. Beautiful scenery. Our tour guide Paulo was very informative and happy to allow time for swimming and exploring. Fantastic experience.
We took this tour with our daughter, son-in-law and two young grandchildren. The tour was excellent. The guide, Paulo, was excellent. H5 provided buoyancy aids, a waterproof bag and water for each kayak. Paulo took care that we all safe. He took us on a great route between rock formations and through arches, which was great fun. He was also extremely informative about the area and the town (he came from a family of fishermen). At the beach stop, Paulo produced a bottle o fisherman’s liqueur and some cake: both were delicious. Overall, highly recommended.

Paulo, was a great guide, took us long the coast through tunnels and caves, talked about the history of Sesimbra, the other staff were great, followed us in a RIB with refreshments, liquor and Sesimbra cake, lovely beach stop off then back to golden beach, very helpful, knowledgeable about Sesimbra. Our age range in our family was age 6 to 71 years old, all of us coped with the 12km paddle. Well worth doing
