Le Coasteering est la forme la plus puissante de découverte de la nature, plongeant dans des paysages à couper le souffle tout en vivant des expériences incroyablement amusantes. Un mélange de marche, sauts dans l’eau, natation et escalade, le Coasteering est une aventure où l’on longe la côte, à l’aide de cordes et une tyrolienne, avec de nombreux sauts dans l’eau. Coasteering est une dose revigorante d’adrénaline dans un cadre étonnant de magnifiques escarpements, grottes, de vues inoubliables et d’un paysage marin des plus variés d’Europe, sur les côtes de Sesimbra et Arrábida. Vertente Natural a été le pionnier de cette activité au Portugal depuis le 2008, ce qui garantit votre sécurité et plaisir.

Pour le transfert au lieu de l'activité, le pick up sera devant Hard Rock Café, Av. da Liberdade 6, 1250-140 Lisboa, Portugal - 150m en bas de la route, près de Heritage Hôtel. NOTE - si vous réservez l'activité avec transfert, vous aurez environ 1h libre après l'activité - nous vous suggérons une promenade autour du port de pêche en attendant

Fantastic day out. Fabio and Francisco were professional, attentive, and great fun. If you have done canyoning this is one step beyond with knee trembling jumps. Don't worry. The guys will assist and support you throughout. Alternative jumps exist if you can't keep up with your kids! The surroundings are idyllic and the guides are full of local knowledge. Bring over shorts for outside the wetsuit, a gopro if you dare, and a sense of adventure.

We had SO much fun! Our #1 outdoor activity in Portugal this summer. Jéssica was an AWESOME guide and her intern (Fabio?) made it really enjoyable! Definitely need to bring some upper body strength for this activity, but everything else is provided. Would recommend renting shoes and shorts from them as the cliffs tear up both.

So much fun!!! Would definitely recommend this tour group! No “bells and whistles” in terms of photos or videos, but I think that made the experience more authentic and the tour guides were top tier!!!

This was hands-down the best part of my Portugal trip! The guides were very, very helpful and professional. The experience was fantastic mix of swimming, jumping, and climbing. I would happily do it again. Highly recommended!
