Vous devrez remplir un formulaire sur le site du DOC. La prise en charge se fait dans le SEUL parking hors route sécurisé situé en face de la fin de la randonnée à Ketetahi sur l'autoroute 46. Veuillez nous indiquer votre heure de prise en charge. 7h, 8h. Vous devez arriver au moins 15 minutes à l'avance pour ne pas manquer la navette. Les horaires peuvent être modifiés en fonction de la disponibilité ou des conditions météorologiques. *VEUILLEZ NOTER* # AUCUN bébé ou tout-petit n'est autorisé à voyager car nous ne fournissons pas de sièges auto. # Nous avons besoin des détails d'immatriculation de votre véhicule inclus dans cette réservation ou vous pouvez nous l'envoyer directement par courriel.

Timely transport, well-run and with a really friendly driver! No problems and able to accommodate us when one of our party forgot a key item in the car.
Have ticket available to gain access to the parking lot . The hike is a big hike with very long downhill
Excellent service, very helpful and informative driver. Gave plenty of useful advice. We liked the fact we left our car in a (large, secure) Carpark at the end of the route and were then driven to the start mean we were not under pressure to return for a set time.
Well organized parking instruction, plenty of space in the parking lot and fast transfer. Lists are handed out on which you leave contact details and license plates so that you can check if and who is still on the mountain when a car is still in the parking lot in the evening. Everyone was in a great mood and put you in the right mood for a long hike!

Easily accessible parking and punctual shuttle, very friendly driver. The shuttle drops you off at the beginning of the Tongagriro Alpine Crossing hike allowing you to pick up your car at the arrival of the hike!
Great service, on time and efficient. Lovely staff , both on the shuttle and in the customer service. Our shuttle was cancelled due to bad weather, but it was very easy to move it to another day for the same discounted rate we had payed on TripAdvisor weeks before. Highly recommendable, we would definetely repeat
All of the staff at this shuttle are extremely kind and friendly, and our driver was very knowledgable. I would definitely recommend them! The carpark can be a little difficult to find - if you end up going down a long gravel driveway with no staff there you have gone the wrong way. They are situated on the same side of the road as the brown sign.
great shuttle, friendly staff who tells you all about the hike and what is important. they will even surveille the car park and see who hasn‘t artived after 5pm
