National Park Shuttles est le seul opérateur de Manawhenua basé à Waimarino, fournissant des services de transport fiables à partir du seul parking sécurisé idéalement situé sur la route nationale 46 à l'extrémité de la route de piste de Ketetahi. Nous offrons une expérience sans stress en vous permettant de vous garer en toute sécurité avant d'entreprendre votre voyage. Nous vous transférons du parking privé au début du trek (Mangatepopo). Vous pouvez randonner aussi vite ou aussi lentement que vous le souhaitez. Pas d'heures d'attente pour une navette à l'arrivée si vous êtes rapide. Ne courez pas pour votre navette si vous êtes lent. A la fin du trek, vous arriverez au parking Ketetahi de 4 heures. Vous marcherez encore 900 mètres à partir de là, pour revenir à l'endroit où votre voiture est garée. Soyez assuré que personne n'est jamais laissé pour compte !

Le seul parking privé. Il ne s'agit PAS d'un stationnement sur le côté de la route de l'autoroute 46. Si vous voyagez depuis Taupo Turangi, assurez-vous de prendre l'autoroute 1 et de tourner sur l'autoroute 46 (parc national). Il faudra environ 20 minutes pour arriver au parking. Le panneau actuel se trouve sur le côté gauche de la route et indique « TONGARIRO SHUTTLE CAR PARK ». Si vous venez de National Park Village, prenez l'autoroute 47, parcourez cette route pendant environ 25 à 30 minutes, puis tournez à droite sur l'autoroute 46 (Rangipo). De là, il faudra environ 10 minutes pour arriver au parking. Il se trouve à 400 mètres de l'entrée de la piste Ketetahi (ne suivez pas cette route). Doit être au parking au plus tard 15 minutes avant l'heure de départ. Le personnel sera présent au parking pour vous enregistrer. Présentez votre confirmation.

You can arrive 20minutes early to the carpark and you are allowed to hope on any shuttle which comes first even it’s from other agencies. This arrangement is excellent especially during Easter holiday when the waiting queue is long and crowded. I like this arrangement. At the end of the track, you will need to walk to the car park for another 1 km, which is flat and ok.
You walk around the lake about 80 to 90 minutes and pay 4 euros. Last year it was 2 euros. Certainly not again, just rip it off. Incidentally, there are many nice opportunities for walking here since you don't need the Unterbacher See

Epic experience. Shuttles were well organised and on time. Crazy Tracey was the best driver. Very funny and lots of great info. The whole experience was amazing! Bucket list item for sure.
All went as planned, meet at the car park and good local knowledge from our driver..
To make the Alpine Crossing carefree, the round trip transport is more than recommended. Pick up at the start and finish. Were promptly the driver friendly the bus came of age, but completely fulfilled its purpose.
Top service - we camped at the Whakapapa Holiday Park and booked the shuttle service there and back, just from the campsite. Super comfortable, so you can leave the camper standing. It all worked out great 😍.
We arrived early and the driver left promptly when the van filled, so we were able to get on the track a bit earlier than expected. It is more than .5 miles down a dusty road to the car park when you are done this amazing walk. It would be nice if there was a pedestrian walk off the road, or transport back to the lot.
The best shuttle for the Tongariro crossing. Amazing staff and our driver was lovely and shared lots of knowledge about the area. Highly recommended!
