Participez à cette visite fascinante pour en apprendre davantage sur le processus de production du chocolat dans une chocolaterie typique près de Turin. Vous visiterez un laboratoire de production de chocolat, où vous découvrirez tout le processus de fabrication du chocolat, de la torréfaction des fèves de cacao à la création de leur signature gianduiotto (bonbon chocolat à base de noisettes IGP du Piémont), qui est soigneusement tempéré, extrudé et fabriqué à la main. Au cours de la visite, vous aurez un aperçu des techniques et de l'artisanat qui entrent dans la fabrication de chocolat de haute qualité, fabriqué avec les variétés les plus fines et les plus prisées de fèves de cacao. Pour conclure cette expérience, offrez-vous une séance de dégustation avec notre gianduiotto artisanal unique, ainsi que des échantillons de chocolat d'origine unique avec trois origines différentes et des pourcentages de cacao. Vous aurez également la possibilité de déguster une de nos pulpeuses crèmes à tartiner.

This location is a little out of the way but so worth it. Our guide was wonderful. He showed us everything in his factory as to the process of getting the cacao pod and how they process it. We got to do tastings of some of his product. We loved every minute of it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who loves chocolate and is curious how it is made.
