The driver was great, polite and helpful. He recommended a lovely pub to stop for lunch and helped get our bags into the hotel lobby. Perfect way to work in Stonehenge when cruising out of Sothhampton and need to get back to a hotel in London instead of the airport.
Great way to get from the Southampton cruise port to London. Driver was ready when we got off the ship.
Our driver was at the cruise terminal early, had a clear sign with our name on it and gave us a good bit of time at Stonehenge. He was super friendly and made the trip from Southampton to London very enjoyable.
Amazing door to door service with luggage help. A bit on the pricey side but completely private transfer and no waiting for busses or transferring to other buses. Thank you!
We used EC for three transfers during our trip. Heathrow airport to Southampton, Southampton to London via Stonehenge, and London to Heathrow airport via Windsor Castle. We had 4 or 6 people in each trip with tons of luggage. They put us in 8 seater vans and there was plenty of room, including with car seats for 2 kids. Booking was simple, fast, and overall excellent. All the rides were on time and clean. We had three different drivers and they varied in how friendly they were. But they were all competent, excellent drivers, and got us there on time. Price was competitive for a private car. I would use EC Minibus for our next trip to the UK.
Yulian did an outstanding job! He picked us up at Southampton Cruise Terminal and took us to Stonehenge. It was an amazing site to see. Spectacular visit. From there he took us on to London. He gave us great information and was a great driver. I highly recommend asking for him!
My entire trip to London was cancelled due to something out of my control. Tried to cancel this tour 2 weeks ago but Viator said NO. All sales were final regardless of circumstance. So I didn’t get to go on tour. Be very cautious with this company and read the fine print.
I am sorry to hear that you could not participate in this experience. We offered an alternative solution where you could select a date to move this service over, but this was not confirmed before the travel date. Stonehenge is a very popular stop and we have to pre-book the admission tickets with selecting timeslots in advance to guarantee entry on the day.
The driver was pleasant and on time. It was very easy to find him, getting into Stonehenge was easy and 2 hours was enough time to see all we wanted to.

<p>Viator picked my husband to teenage granddaughters and myself at the port and by way of Stonehenge transported us to the hotel. We stopped and went up to see the site had lunch went shopping and was dropped off at our hotel. A wonderful afternoon!</p>
