Our driver, Greg, met us upon arrival and provided a safe and enjoyable ride to Southampton. Could not have been more pleased with the transfer.
Kept me informed as he approached airport and exact location to find him. Nice comfortable clean car and even provided chargers
The driver was waiting for us when we arrived and cheerfully greeted us. The driver from Heathrow to Southampton was smooth and uneventful. The driver was friendly and we had a pleasant conversation with him about how he ended up living in London. At the hotel he offered to go in and see if they had a luggage trolley we could use but we told him we could just handle the individual bags.

The company was extremely well organized and responsive. We were updated throughout our travel and had multiple ways to communicate in case we needed additional assistance. Our driver, Ian, was AWESOME!!! he was waiting for us at the pickup area even before we landed. He is very friendly and our long ride to Southampton from Heathrow went by quickly as we were having a lovely conversation. He’s a great driver and has a very comfortable car.
