Description
Il s'agit d'une visite guidée de la vie d'un village qui se découvre pendant environ 2 à 3 heures à pied. La visite commence depuis le vieux Munnar en marchant vers le domaine de thé de Lakshmi, où vous pourrez sentir l'air frais avec la beauté des plantations de thé vert avec une grande variété d'autres arbres et plantes. En vous promenant dans les plantations, vous pouvez voir une rivière couler et trois temples différents sur le chemin ainsi que l'usine de thé Chokanad. Ensuite, en parcourant un chemin étroit, vous arriverez à l'église CSI de Munnar, vieille de plus de 100 ans. L'église est toujours ouverte aux visiteurs. La visite se termine à l'église Munnar CSI.

Itinéraire
Le guide amènera l'invité en randonnée au champ de cueillette. Ensuite, l'invité sera hébergé par le personnel de terrain dans le champ de thé délimité avec un cueilleur de thé qualifié pour leur donner la formation de cueillette de thé et les aider dans leur voyage sur le terrain.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour: Mari, out guide, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, we learned a lot about tea, flowers, birds and lichen. We got a detailed and very interesting explanation of the whole process from leaf to cup. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed the morning walk in the tea plantation and then learning how tea is made in the factory. Mani was really passionate about the topic and it was great doing the tour with him!

We had a wonderful tea tour today with our guide Mari. He impressed us with his extensive knowledge about tea production and shared many fascinating insights that we wouldn’t have learned otherwise. His calm and friendly manner made the whole experience very relaxing while still being highly informative. It was clear that he is very passionate and knowledgeable about his work. Samy was our guide for a 4h trek to the tea plantations. It provides many explanations about the fauna, flora, harvesting work and the process of making the different teas as well as life in the valley. We spent a wonderful morning with him, we thank him for sharing his knowledge and love for his region with us, as well as for the snack at the summit. This will remain the highlight of our visit to Munnar.

Very interesting walk with our guide King Raja. Lots of information about the different teas. We loved the excellent samosa & tea stop at lunchtime at the top of the hill ! Amazing views
