Great little tour — the chocolate was excellent, totally unique, and the wines were fabulous. A really enjoyable experience from start to finish, with a great mix of flavours and something a bit different to enjoy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out.

Organizer/owner/driver did NOT appear and did NOT pick our group up. I lost time and money. What a disappointment!
We sincerely apologize that your tour did not take place as planned. A technical issue in our booking software failed to notify our guide of your reservation. When we learned of the problem, I offered to personally guide the tour with an extended itinerary, full meal, and extra sightseeing stops. However, I completely understand that waiting for me to arrive wasn’t possible. A full refund and sincere apology were issued right away. We know this disrupted your travel plans and are truly sorry. We are currently investigating the issue to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
There are not enough words to describe how amazing this tour was. Chris was waiting for us when we got to the meet up point and drove us to 61° Winery, a woman-owned winery with a tasty selection. Chris presented us with 6 chocolates to not only just taste, but learn how to appreciate the chocolate. My favorite was between the Birch Toffee and the Pink Himalayan Salt. We were presented with a flight of 5 wine selections, appealing to our interests. I chose 2 reds, a white, a rose, and my favorite - Vanilla Bourbon, a dessert wine. While our tastebuds were being attended to, our minds were being entertained by Chris with some awesome history about Alaska. We were entranced by the stories he shared. Chris also provided us with some restaurant selections so if he says it, take it seriously!

Elizabeth was friendly and knowledgeable and brought us to local eateries that we have never found on our own. She was born in Alaska so she was able to share stories about riding her bike to the ice cream place that we enjoyed. Also enjoyed her story about her first bear encounter at age 8.
Elizabeth gave a great tour. She was very knowledgeable and informative about the local specialty shops and general community activities . She explained the nuances of chocolate and craft wine making in the area. We enjoyed the chocolates and the various wines we sampled and were able to choose the wines we wished to sample. Overall a fun evening.

It was a very enjoyable experience and would recommend doing. My husband and I went as a date night and had a good time. Also enjoyed the Alaska stories that came with the tour!
