Tanzania Safari - La grande migration au nord du Serengeti et du lac Natron

My family and I had a great experience with Safari Crew Tanzania. Thanks to the founder, Rocco Lastella, we organized a magnificent tailor-made safari, perfectly adapted to the needs of our family. Excellent driving and organization, and very beautiful lodges in the Serengeti and Ngorongoro National Parks, which gave us unforgettable emotions when we woke up, surrounded by elephants, zebras and giraffes.

On the advice of a friend who had already used Safari Crew for a Safari in Tanzania, we decided, for our family, to rely on them to go on a week-long safari optimizing the time as much as possible and visiting Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengeti parks and other locations in Tanzania in August 2025. Usually for our holidays we organize everything without using intermediary operators, but in the case of Tanzania I preferred to rely on a local professional, an Italian resident in Tanzania for about 30 years and a deep connoisseur of the local culture. At the end of the trip we are satisfied to have made this choice. We had a very professional, kind and discreet local guide available which made life easy for us in many situations. The quality of the resorts used was certainly good and we always found availability and kindness in listening and preventing our needs. Even the price, having made comparisons during the choice, seemed correct. Recommended!

Our safari has just come to an end... it's been an amazing experience! Tanzania is incredibly beautiful and Safari Crew Tanzania is the perfect safari outfitter: Rocco and the crew are enthusiastic professionals with great knowlege, super fast in replying, we couldn't have expected a better support in designing our program. 9 night from Arusha to Arusha thtough Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Serengeti central, Serengeti noth where we had the change to see the epic Mara river crossing, the rugged landscape of Lake Natron and the Tarangire. All accommodation was stunninglyg beautiful, a combination of lodge and comfortable tented camps, the latters are the ones we loved most. We have great memories about the days in Tanzania with Safari Crew. Astonishing landscapes, big 5 and many other animals, great migration but also comfortable accommodations, excellent organization and a superb guide, John. Very friendly but not invading, amazing knowledge of savana tracks and animals, he has been a fantastic mate during the safari. Definitely recommended!

7 days of safari and 5 days in Zanzibar with family (4 adults + 3 girls)... GREAT EXPERIENCE! Perfect organization and accommodations (lodge + tented camps) above expectations. We saw many animals in the different parks and witnessed scenes of life lived in the savannah such as hunting between crocodiles and wildebeest while crossing the river, mating the lion and lioness and the lioness taking care of their cubs. We were accompanied by John, nice, helpful, who speaks Italian very well and who immediately became part of the group. Thanks to his resourcefulness we were able to overcome the many problems that the jeep had, not up to the whole rest of the organization. Recommended experience for those who want to see the animals in their environment and spectacular settings. Thanks again to John for the unique experience! Tanzania TOP!

Already in the Timeline availability is the preparation of Rocco has allowed us to create a tailor-made program. Upon arrival we were greeted by the guide Mussa and a friend of Rocco. The safari was super we saw many animals and fabulous passages, also passing by the particular and characteristic Lake Natron. We stayed in charming structures and with very kind staff (nice custom in Nikany tented camps of coffee in the morning in your own tent). Much appreciated the final greeting of Rocco and the typical lunch in his restaurant Very good our guide Mussa competent, prepared and very kind. We closed with 5 relaxing in the beautiful setting of Villa Kiwa in Zanzibar. Thanks Rocco and Mussa.

What more to say than that everything was perfect!!! A fabulous safari, a top organization, a flawless bravo to the whole team!! The agency is serious, available and efficient. Thanks to Rocco, we were able to build the program about 1 month before departure with the choice of parks, accommodation, international flights and expansion to Zanzibar. Then we were lucky enough to have an extraordinary guide, speaking perfect French: Dulla is a great connoisseur of the savannah, animals, moreover he is a cultivated person who will reveal the secrets of his country and its traditions. The lodges were all as characteristically beautiful as each other. With a preference for Mbugani Camp in Serengeti. Professional, responsive agency that we recommend of course. I had heard from acquaintances of Safari Crew Tanzania and its director Rocco Lastella but the experience exceeded expectations. Due to a problem we had to communicate, the day before our arrival, the need to postpone the trip for a day. This obviously led to the need to reschedule, almost without notice, all overnight stays. It's all right. The perfect organization and experience of Rocco solved the problema.Abbiamo therefore could enjoy a beautiful safari, also thanks to the excellent knowledge of the Italian language (as well as sympathy and professionalism) of the Saidi guide. The emotions of animal sightings followed one another throughout the trip and this, probably, because of the choice made by the Organization to stay inside the parks (tented camps and lodges immersed in the savannah). Only regret not to have sighted rhinos: a good reason to come back to visit Rocco and Saidi!
