Visiting the Big Buda was the highlight of Hong Kong and getting there via cable car was breathtaking. Our family of 4 loved this tour and the guide was amazing. This is a must do if you visit Hong Kong.
Thank You very much for your review. If we are fortunate to have the opportunity to serve you next time, please book direct at our tour company website by searching the tour name on the internet. Often time we are better positioned to serve you on our own platform (think refund, rebook to different date and cancellation situations) in the unlikely case that you may need flexibility in your next travel. See you soon and Thank You for visiting Hong Kong, Michael

It wasn’t organized tour. The guide was ok. It was extremely hot that day and they never provided water anywhere and break time wasn’t enough to relax. We were expecting that they will have van for all of us but after the cable car, we had to walk all the way in heat and they hired 2 taxis for 17 people and which were in pathetic condition with poor air conditioner, we had to wait until the taxi drops the other people off. I am very disappointed with this tour.
Hi Rekha, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your tour on July 13. We would like to clarify a few important points regarding our tour inclusions and island logistics: Transport & Vehicle Type: As noted in our tour description, we specify that transport between stops is provided. Lantau Island's mountain routes leading to secluded historical sites feature steep inclines and narrow turns where larger vehicles are restricted. For this reason, local taxis are the only viable transport mode available. Because taxis on the island are legally capped at 4-6 passengers, shuttle rounds are required for larger groups, which can occasionally lead to short waiting periods. Inclusions & Water: As detailed on our booking page, bottled water is not listed as an included item, though guests are always welcome to purchase drinks during rest stops or bring their own. Weather & Walking: While we strive to make every guest comfortable, summer weather and temperatures in Hong Kong are unfortunately beyond our control. Our itineraries involve walking between cultural sites as clearly outlined, though our guides pace the group and schedule breaks accordingly. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us ensure our listing descriptions remain as clear as possible for future travelers, and we wish you safe travels ahead.
Communication before the trip was excellent with all the information needed to know when and where to meet. On the day, our guide Michael was very personable and knowledge. He gave us just right the amount of information - enough to give us background to what we were seeing but not so much we got overwhelmed. He was a clear communicator and could answer questions, so he wasn’t just reciting rote information. He managed the group well, giving clear instructions and continually checking to see that we were together and each person was OK. The weather meant a change to the original tour but he managed that “on the hop” without any fuss, and we all still had a great time. The tour had a good mix of more commercial and more personal places, and included taxis, buses and a boat, so lots of variety.

The Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car is an absolute must-do when visiting Hong Kong. The ride takes you over the sea lush green mountains and beautiful valleys offering breathtaking panoramic views throughout the journey. The cool breeze and stunning scenery make it an unforgettable experience and one that shouldn’t be missed. One tip: plan your visit according to the weather. During strong winds or bad weather, the cable car can sway quite a bit which may be uncomfortable for some travellers. On a clear day however, the ride is smooth, scenic and truly spectacular. Whether you’re visiting for the views, photography or simply the experience this is one of Hong Kong’s top attractions and well worth adding to your itinerary.
