Vous vous arrêterez 1 heure pour visiter l'impressionnant monastère de l'archange Michel Panormitis avant de rejoindre le village pittoresque de Symi où vous pourrez profiter de 3 heures et demie de temps libre pour faire des visites touristiques, vous baigner, vous détendre, faire du shopping ou aller au restaurant. Votre croisière à l'île de Symi comprend le transport aller-retour depuis votre hôtel aux stations balnéaires d'Ialyssos, Ixia et Kallithea.

Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre lieu d’hébergement et nous vous conduirons au FERRY. Nous nous occuperons de vos cartes d'enregistrement et d'embarquement, et c'est parti ! Vous recevrez également un guide personnalisé à emporter contenant des informations intéressantes, une carte de la ville de Symi et des indications. Départ du port historique de Mandraki en passant à côté de l'ancien colosse.
Le premier arrêt est la petite baie pittoresque, où se trouve le Saint monastère de l'Archange Michel de PANORMITIS. En approchant du monastère, vous entendrez sonner les cloches de l'Église, qui accueillent chaleureusement tous les pèlerins, explorateurs, vacanciers et voyageurs curieux. Le Saint monastère est un trésor de la culture grecque orthodoxe. Cette église contemporaine a été construite en 1783 et abrite l'icône miraculeuse entièrement plaquée argent de l'Archange Michel. La principale caractéristique architecturale du monastère est son impressionnant clocher, un mélange des styles baroque et Renaissance. Le monastère abrite également deux musées avec une grande collection d'œuvres d'art ecclésiastique, d'icônes, de modèles de bateaux et d'objets importants de la culture folklorique de l'île. Admirez les tableaux muraux du XVIIIe siècle, allumez une bougie pour vous porter bonheur et promenez-vous pour profiter de l'atmosphère paisible de cet endroit sacré.
Le navire passera par la célèbre baie de Saint-Georges pour que vous puissiez faire de belles photos de la petite église au bas de l'imposante falaise. Tous les SAMEDIS, arrêtez-vous pour une baignade rapide de 20 min (de mi-juin à fin septembre)
En approchant de Symi, vous serez ébloui par sa pittoresque côte ! De magnifiques demeures, des bateaux de pêcheurs authentiques, des yachts privés et des voiliers, des dizaines de restaurants et de boutiques folkloriques et d'art, des stands vendant des éponges et des sculptures en bois ! Ressentez l'atmosphère authentique, promenez-vous dans le port ou prenez le PETIT TRAIN pour faire le tour de Gialos, nagez ou dégustez un bon repas dans l'une des nombreuses tavernes en bord de mer ! Il est difficile de s'imprégner de l'atmosphère et de découvrir la culture locale en quelques heures seulement, mais la petite île et ses habitants sont si généreux que Symi ne manquera pas de laisser une trace dans votre expérience de voyageur.

The trip itself was lovely, organised and everything on time. Unfortunately I was incredibly sea sick the whole time so I couldn’t enjoy myself.

The whole experience was 10/10. The team was punctual and kind, and the day is arranged so that there’s plenty of time to enjoy both the monastery and Symi. What is more, both locations are worth every penny. We’ll definitely do it again!

Small tavern run by couple. Very tasty Greek dishes including the best moussaka ever eaten in Greece. The cuisine of Mary is top! Every night we ate deliciously with good Greek music and after the meal we got an ouzo on the house. If you want to be sure of a table, book in advance! Correct follow-up of the reservations by the friendly owner. Small prices for super tasty dishes and wine. Fabienne

This trip or service is exactly as it is described, an efficient method of reaching Symi both the monastery and town. The service ran to time, gave sufficient time at both stops to explore, the boat had both toilet facilities and a great bar for teas, coffees, beers etc. There were three levels of seating top level were all open to the elements, and lower floors had a mixture of cabins and open areas, the stairs up to higher level were steep and not suitable for this with mobility issues. If you wish to go to Symi island I would recommend this company, great service and very fair price.

Can’t fault the pick up and drop off from Ialysos. The minibus was comfortable and efficient. Symi was very very pretty; just be prepared that first and foremost it is a tourist destination. Everything you’re buying at Symi has a premium. 3 1/2 hours is also a funny length of time, realistically it’s 3 hours as if you’re getting on the ferry just before departing you’re not going to get a seat. There were things like the museum but it was up a steep hill and, after eating lunch, we didn’t feel like we had enough time. That meant we just sat with an ice cream and enjoyed the view which was nice, but it did drag a little. The swimming stop on Saturdays is also at a very weird spot and 20 minutes isn’t long enough. If you want to go to Symi, this is a great choice. Just be aware that once you’re there, it can be a little awkward!

Went an excursion with this company, from the moment we walked into the office, till the time we came back our trip, it was nothing but 1st class service all the way, when we were booking it the staff were friendly, polite. The bus arrived on time took us to the harbour to go on our ferry to Symi, guide was there to direct us to ferry, although this wasn't a guided tour, Symi is easy to get around, on arriving back at Rhodes, guide was there again to make sure we got on the correct buses, certainly a company I would use again and recommend .

Communication was poor. You are paying for the bus transit to the harbor and the boat. Other groups (with guides) are on the boat. We were not told anything about departure times from the monastery or Symi. All other passengers who didn’t use this tour were, so I’m thankful for them. From reading other reviews it didn’t seem like that was the case so it may have been an off day when I went. Symi is beautiful but hot and there is little shade. Would recommend bringing a bathing suit to cool off at the beach. I actually think the day could have been cut a little shorter since there wasn’t a swim stop (which was noted since I went on a weekday). Symi is beautiful, definitely recommend going! Having the opportunity to do this self guided was very appreciated as a solo traveler but there were definitely missing organizational points throughout the day that would have been appreciated.

The schedule, including the absence of a swim stop on weekdays, is fixed and cannot be altered due to factors such as port authority permits, busy anchoring slots, and logistical coordination at each stop—especially during the high season on an island as popular as Symi. To ensure clarity, departure times are announced both by the ship's crew and displayed on a large sign at the exit at each stop (Panormitis Monastery and Symi Town). This system is in place precisely to help all guests, including solo travelers, stay well-informed throughout the day. We’re sorry if you felt there were missing organizational elements, but rest assured that every effort is made to maintain clear communication and structure.
