Nous vous invitons à découvrir les saveurs, les couleurs et le rythme réels de Panama City lors de notre aventure de dégustation de street food qui va bien au-delà des restaurants. Ce n'est pas un repas assis, c'est une expérience de promenade à travers les quartiers les plus authentiques de la ville, où vous goûterez, apprendrez et communiquerez avec les gens derrière la cuisine locale du Panama. Commencez par le marché aux fruits de mer avec trois types de ceviche, puis explorez le marché San Felipe Neri pour déguster des plats afro-antillais, des jus tropicaux, du café Geisha et des sauces piquantes. Continuez le long de l'Avenida Central pour des tamales et une visite d'une boulangerie locale. À El Chorrillo, dégustez du poisson coco, du poulet barbecue, du chorizo fumé et du poisson escabèche, servis en portions de dégustation. Cocktail de rhum ou jus de fruits en option inclus. Café Coca Cola est l’endroit où nous dégusterons la meilleure soupe de Casco Viejo.

This tour is absolutely amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very very kind. We felt the love that went into this tour with ever step we took!!! The food is delicious and you will leave full to the rim!!!! I can only say if you want to experience Panamá book this tour.

THIS TOUR WAS AMAZING!!! Jonathan and Elena (along with their team) took great care of the group. We sampled the best foods and juices for 5 hours!!! Money well spent!! They provided history and connection to the food scene of Panama. We visited several neighborhoods and sampled authentic ethnic foods of the county. We watched soccer practice, ate grilled chicken and chili dogs and got all the best details about where to shop and eat. This tour is PERFECT for someone moving to Panama or someone who wants to immerse themselves in the culture and food of the city. Jonathan, Elena and their team were professional and personable, they paid attention to details. They provided details about the food we ate and made accommodations for any food allergies. If you are visiting Panama for the first time or looking for good places to eat, THIS TOUR IS A MUST!
Wow!!! That's all I can say. I expected just a food tour but was pleasantly surprised to receive a piece of the history of the Afro-Panamanian story. The tour was interactive and full of robust foods and information. I highly suggest the tour. Wear comfortable shoes and be ready for a hearty walk through some of the less known neighborhoods.

This tour was amazing. The portions are small BUT there is ALOT of food. By the end of the tour I was stuffed! I loved the headsets that were provided. I never missed a single word of the tour. The guides were fun friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend booking this!
