Excellent Ruben did an amazing job taking care of everyone in our group. Highly recommended the tour. Interesting experience. Best of luck to his team and hope continue trip like this one.
This was a 10/10 tour with the amazing Orlando! He was so knowledgeable about Panama’s history and has a great relationship with the Embera people in the area. Learning about their culture was truly eye opening. Depending on the time of year you may need to do a 15 min hike to the waterfalls because of the river level but overall a great experience
Olando is a nice and professional tour guy. He treated us as the family and we felt comfortable and relax in this tour. We really enjoyed and had fun today.
We had Orlando for our trip . He was incredible. So knowledgeable . He captured our attention throughout the day and was happy to answer any questions . He also had a great sense of humour . When we arrived at the village it was obvious how caring and passionate he is about the tribes people . It seemed far more than a job to him and all the villagers and children also obviously adored him . Please try to go with him when booking . The trip itself is so well organised. The village , waterfalls and scenery are breathtaking. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it . We are a family of 5 and would highly recommend it . It is worth every penny . The icing on the cake , was Orlando taking amazing photos of us all which he sent as soon as we got back .
Such an AMAZING tour. Phillipe, our EXCELLENT tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. The Native people were very kind and the food was really good. The scenery on the canoe ride was insane and the waterfall was beautifully refreshing. Overall an EXCELLENT experience. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!!
It was a wonderful experience. The food was great and the Embera people were very friendly and welcoming. It's worth every penny, I will definitely visit again.
Our tour guide Robert promised us an experience, not just an activity and it exceeded our wildest imagination. The ride was comfortable, the visit to the Embera community is something I will never forget. The people are warm and welcoming and the atmosphere was just beautiful. We were provided a delicious meal and fruit platter. My husband and I are celebrating 5 our year anniversary and Robert gave us a bottle of wine and had the villagers entertain us with a celebratory dance. We ended the tour at the waterfalls which was also great. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to get there though. All in all, the day was pure perfection!
From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Excellent communication and clarity with the guide and the agency. Complete and interesting explanations from our guide Orlando on topics about the Embera culture, Panama, and the site in general. The tribe was super friendly and willing to give their best at every moment. Highly recommended.
Kareem was an amazing guide. He was pateint, kind and knowlegable. He was aware of everyone's needs and went above and beyond to accomodate all of us. We have a special needs son and kareem was able to make sure he was included in all acrivities. He has a special bond with the indegeneous community and was able to bring us all together. We had an incredible time and can't wait to do it again. If you get Kareem as your guide you will have a great time
This excursion was a truly enriching adventure where time stood still. We appreciated the professionalism and availability of the guide Clément who allowed us to better understand the culture of the Embera village people. Very warm welcome. We highly recommend this excursion
