Nous quittons Bristol et nous dirigeons vers Stonehenge. Extraterrestres, Merlin ou les Romains ? De nombreuses histoires sont liées à ce site. Quoi que vous croyiez, Stonehenge vaut la peine d'être émerveillé. * Entrée à Stonehenge incluse. Les 1h30 seront le montant des pauses confort.

Les fans de Harry Potter apprécieront de visiter les cloîtres de l'abbaye de Lacock, qui servaient de couloirs à Poudlard dans les films. *Les passagers ont du temps libre à Lacock. Si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez acheter des billets pour l'abbaye de Lacock le jour de votre arrivée.
Nous quittons Lacock et roulons jusqu'à Castle Combe. Promenez-vous dans l'un des plus beaux villages d'Angleterre et essayez de repérer les endroits où un certain nombre de films ont été tournés.
Traversez et explorez la région emblématique connue sous le nom de Cotswolds, en profitant de magnifiques paysages et de villages pittoresques le long du chemin.

The tour was excellent. We were happy from pickup until drop off. The small group size made logistics easier. The driver/guide kept us informed and entertained throughout the trip. It did not feel like a commercial tour but more like a friend driving us around the country side. While our main interest was Stonehenge, the additional stops were amazing and added to our enjoyment. The only reason we give less than full star for the value for money is explained below. The booking was made from a machine in the lobby of our hotel in Bristol late in the evening before the tour. We were glad that the booking went through and got confirmation quickly. Details of pickup point were clear. The ticket showed us the name of the operator, Robbie’s. We checked their website and found plenty of details about them and our specific tour. Although booking for the next day was not available, the prices for the same tour on all other days carried but still was much lower than we paid even when one added the cost of Stonehenge entry which was included in our ticker. If that ticket had not been included, and we were not sure of that, then the value for money would have dropped even lower. This may be a legitimate markup but in the future we would book directly with operator whenever possible.
We had an incredible time visiting Stonehenge, Avebury, Lacock, and Castle Combe. Every single stop was absolutely beautiful, but what truly made the day special was our fantastic guide, Alex. Alex was so kind, knowledgeable, and kept us thoroughly entertained throughout the entire journey. A special thank you to him for the James Blunt songs during the drive—it added such a great touch and made the trip even more memorable! Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect day out!

Alex was a great guide and gave us great recommendations for places to get food along the tour as well. He kept everything light hearted, but yet informative. Would definitely recommend!

Stonehenge is an amazing prehistoric icon and well worth experiencing. We traveled through the Cotswold and stopped in several villages. Each one is prettier than the last. Our tour guide, Dan, is very knowledgeable and added stories to really make it interesting.
