Description
La visite commence dans la capitale de Sainte-Lucie, sur le site historique de Marigot Bay, Banana Plantation, site de dégustation de rhum, puis à Soufrière en visitant la route de la côte ouest des Caraïbes jusqu'à Soufrière. Traversée de petits villages et de campagnes rurales en route avec de brefs arrêts pour des points de vue, des photos, des rafraîchissements avant d'arriver à Soufrière. Vue imprenable sur Twin Pitons, l'emblème de Sainte-Lucie. Visitez les sources de soufre et plongez dans une cascade naturelle alimentée par des ruisseaux forestiers ou dans des bains de boue uniques ressemblant à un spa avant de continuer vers les jardins botaniques et les cascades de Toraille pour une visite guidée. Retour aux Castries en fin d'après-midi.

Vous aurez l'occasion de visiter l'une des cascades populaires de Sainte-Lucie située à Soufrière. Se baigner dans cette cascade est une activité appréciée des voyageurs et peut être un excellent moyen de commencer ou de terminer une randonnée dans la forêt tropicale environnante. Avec une aire de pique-nique et des espaces pour changer de vêtements, la cascade Toraille est une excellente partie de toute excursion d'une journée.

We were just a day in St Lucia as part of a cruise. We chose a private tour so that we could see as much as possible of the beautiful island. Lee was our guide, he was knowledgeable and flexible. We did the essentials, including a view of Castries, a chocolate shop, walking in Tet Paul nature park to see the Pitons. Then via the volcano, and onto the mud baths. From there to the waterfall where we got the last of the mud off. We could have gone to the Hummingbird beach, but we needed to go back to the town to buy a gift for a new baby. Lee was so helpful, he parked up, took us to a shop and then returned us to the cruise ship. Lee took lots of photos of us both and also my son & his wife who we unexpectedly bumped in to. Lee was kind & very approachable, he made it a great memorable day.

Great private tour experience, as a couple, to visit the west coast and the sulphur grove. Stops at key tourist points, thanks to this excursion we can see a good part of the island in half a day. The driver was really adorable and attentive.

The reason that I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the Guide was a half an hour late. The communication for this half an hour was poor eg we were text to say the driver would be there in 15 minutes which didn’t happen. We weren’t notified that there would be a delay. The owner apologised over the telephone to us and asked the driver to give us a present of a St Lucia shot glass. These things happen. The driver, Lee, could not have been more helpful. He was at our disposal to go anywhere on the island, he took photographs for us and even bought us newly baked cinnamon calabash bread. He was very knowledgeable about the island and was a very safe driver.

Excellent tour. Excellent guide. Trevor was both informative and accomodating. We were in a very clean and well driven Toyota van that comfortably took 6 tourist passengers from Castries to Soufriere and back with many stops along the way. By the time we were dropped back at the cruise port, we were both tired and very satisfied!!!
