Description
Le parc Hluhluwe-Imfolozi est la plus ancienne réserve de chasse proclamée en Afrique. Ce parc de 96 000 hectares abrite le Big 5 africain, des chiens sauvages, des guépards et bien plus encore. Historiquement, c'est également le parc qui a sauvé les rhinocéros d'une quasi-extinction dans les années 60, alors que moins de 100 rhinocéros parcouraient la planète. Le roi Shaka a également utilisé la section sud (Umfolozi) comme terrain de chasse personnel dans le passé. Ce parc offre non seulement les images et les sons les plus magiques, mais aussi des faits historiques fascinants. Itinéraire
Votre garde-chasse de la journée viendra vous chercher à votre hébergement à 5h00 du matin à St Lucia. Vous serez ensuite transféré au parc Hluhluwe-Imfolozi, porte Nyalazi (la partie sud du parc). Tous les clients qui nous rencontrent à la porte de Nyalazi, s'il-vous-plaît, si vous voulez être à 06:00. Une fois que tout le monde sera à bord de votre garde forestier, il vous proposera une introduction au parc, vous informera de la région ou de la destination pour la journée et vous lancerez un magnifique safari animalier. Le parc abrite le Big 5 africain, le guépard, les chiens sauvages et bien plus encore. Asseyez-vous et profitez pendant que le Bush s'anime. Les départs matinaux sont plus productifs, car les prédateurs sont plus actifs, ce qui augmente leurs chances de les voir. Le safari Big 5, qui dure toute la journée, comprend le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner dans la brousse et des rafraîchissements.

Amazing experience. We did e safaris with Heritage and all were amazing. Totally recommend. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable.
Jabou was the best guide! I believe that because of him our safari was the best it could have possibly been. He was fun and knowledgeable! We seen almost every animal we wanted to see and the breakfast & lunch was 100% hands down delicious and made by Jabou!
Brilliant day with Yam as our expert and friendly guide. The elephant experience in particular will be memorable forever. Yam also took us on Isimangaliza Cape Vidal tour which was superb.

Our trip was actually in March 2024 but I've only just found the card with the QR code on. Our guide was Jaby: he was very knowledgeable, kind and good fun. The safari was part of my wife's and my 50th wedding anniversary trip and Jaby made sure that we were looked after and arranged a celebratory lunch with cake and champagne in the middle of the drive... Very memorable! And we did see all of the big five (though the leopard was a quick glimpse!

If you are looking for an unforgettable safari experience, I cannot recommend Arno highly enough! This was my second time going on safari with him, and I loved it so much the first time that I brought friends and groups back specifically to experience it with him again. We booked four tours: two through Hluhluwe, one night safari and one day safari in iSimangaliso Wetland Park and every single one delivered. Everything was well organized, food was excellent, and blankets were thoughtfully provided for the cold early mornings. The guides were professional and passionate throughout. A special mention has to go to Sifiso, our guide for the Hluhluwe safaris. He went above and beyond to make sure we saw exactly the animals we were hoping for, and his knowledge and storytelling about the wildlife made the experience genuinely unforgettable. WOW!!! My family of 5 (2 adults, 3 children) went on the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi full day Big 5 Safari Tour and it did NOT disappoint. I don't think I have seen as much wildlife in my entire life as we did on our 1 day tour. Buffalo, Wildebeest, Impala, Inyala, Warthog, Water Buck, Bush Buck, Zebra, Giraffe, White Rhino, Elephant, Lion, Cheetah, several species of birds...... It felt overwhelming! Heritage Tours provided us with a coffee and snack break followed by a delicious lunch all in the heart of the game reserve. To top it all of, we had the most diligent, respectful and knowledgeable guide, Sifiso! This trip would not have felt the same without him in the captain seat. My entire family is still reeling from this experience and I couldn't recommend it enough. Thank you Heritage Tours and thank you Sifiso!! We are already talking about when we will come back to experience this again; hopefully sooner rather than later, even though the trip from Canada is not easy/short.

What a fantastic day with a knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide, comfortable and spacious safari vehicle, within the first hour we had seen lions and went on to spot rhino, giraffe and cheetah! As well as the "everyday' species. These guys are exceptional, highly recommend them.
