We enjoyed a half-day tour of the northern part of St. Lucia with Fatbike Adventures. Don was the business owner and Barry was our guide. The practical side of it was flawless— booking, Payment, pick up and preparation before the ride was terrific. Don was at the pick up point early, and prepared us very well for the experience. He was very engaging and generous with his knowledge. The bikes were in fine shape—annd considering the terrain and sand, fat tire was absolutely the way to go. Barry, our guide, was sincere, well-informed, and very concerned with our safety at all times. Barry took us on a very interesting and rich route. We saw the cricket field and the fisherman‘s dock area, the boat from Pirates of the Caribbean, the beaches, the national Park, and a host of other interesting things that we would not have seen how we settled for just sitting by the sea. A very, very interesting and worthwhile use of our time. Friendly and professional gentlemen who run an excellent excursion! I would recommend without any hesitation! Thank you!
Enjoyed the experience, leisurely bike ride around the Island, knowledgeable tour guide
Thank you for leaving us such kind feedback. Means a lot and we enjoyed our time spent with you guys!
We really enjoyed our bike tour around Rodney Bay and Pigeon Island. Daun picked us up at our hotel and explained all about the bikes and the tour and our guide. He was so professional and courteous that it instantly made us feel safe and confident about the tour. Our group consisted of just my husband and me, so it was a custom tour, tailored to our skill and level of adventure. Our tour guide was Barry, who was obviously skilled and experienced at giving these bike tours. He is very friendly and approachable, and we really enjoyed our time with him. He seems to know everything about the area and about the island in general, and we learned a lot from him.
We had a fun morning cycling around the sights of Rodney Bay! They took account of our interests including cricket and tailored the tour specifically for us. Highly recommend this tour whether you are used to cycling or not! Thank you!
Barry and Don were very gracious and friendly. Barry guided us on our private bike tour, and we really enjoyed the history and culture that he shared with us. The bike tour was a wonderful blend of biking through quiet side streets with friendly locals, and authentic sights and smells, along with limited biking along busier roads. Barry went at a great pace, and we took little stops to walk around and explore different areas by foot. One of the highlights of our trip was stopping at a roadside coconut stand, which was very fresh and the cheapest we saw that day! After the tour Barry showed us to a local food joint on Reduit Beach for lunch, it was exactly what we wanted! We really enjoyed our tour with Barry, and appreciated having Don in the truck following us throughout the day.
Biking was as easy or hard as you want it to be. Barry was a great guide! Know that you can leave things in the vehicle while you bike, in case you are hitting the beach or another activity afterwards.
The guided tour included going through several neighborhoods and that the tour guide was quite knowledgeable about St. Lucia
Fun informative bike ride. Somewhat physically challenging but doable. Daun picked us from the hotel, provided cold water and fresh fruit, then dropped us back off. This was a private tour. Our tour guide Barry was wonderful and knew the island well. Highly recommend.
This was a great ride through town. Rodney Bay, Gros Islet to the park and the base of Pigeon Island. We got such a great feel for local flavors, enjoyed “a double,” coconut water straight from the coconut, and a stop at the street party locale. Got to chat with some cool people, and Cliff and the driver (I just forgot his name, but he was awesome) were so informative and fun and friendly. Just about 7 miles of biking, mostly flat, Cliff added some hills for us when we told him we’re avid bikers. It was super fun and we’d definitely do it again. Looking forward to another adventure with these guys, they offer a lot of options.
Fun ride through town to beaches. Saw lots of local flavor and learned about the history, architecture and flora from Barry who was an absolutely lovely and attentive guide. Didn’t want it to end.
Thank you for your kind review, we truly enjoyed our time with you
