I got in touch with Zack from Sazy Lanka Tours. I made a random search online and found his contact for private taxi service. It was a great find. Sazy Lanka Tours was found to be fully reliable, safe & trustworthy. Zack never asked for any advance money and did my bookings on trust. We were a family of 5 travelling from New Delhi, India to Srilanka. Initally I just booked their taxi service but Zack offered me great deals for the hotels with free upgrade which worked very well for us. We landed in Colombo at 4 am and found our driver 'Ramsy' waiting for us in Toyota Hiatus. I must appreciate the driver for the cleanliness of the car, punctuality & sheer humbleness in his attitude. He drove us straight to Yala. Our driver Ramsy was with us throughout our trip. He was well versed in English and had good knowledge about the local sightings. He was ready to take us to the places of our choices without any hesitation. I must mention that we forgot to get our currency exchanged and Zack & Ramsy were there to help us at each step. Without a second thought & with full trust, they gave us some cash. We went to Bentota & then back to Colombo. It was a memorable trip and I'm really glad I contacted SAZY tours. Our driver Ramsy was polite, courteous and very helpful. We was available at all times to guide us through our journey. Zack was always in touch and approachable to suggest & cater to our questions with genuine recommendations. We had a wonderful experience with Sazy Lanka Tours during our 7 nights and 8 days trip across Sri Lanka. My father and I had a wonderful experience with our private driver over a 12 day journey across the cultural triangle, Kandy, Colombo, and the beaches.
