Description
Venez vivre une aventure à bord du Subsee Explorer, un mélange entre un sous-marin jaune et un bateau à fond de verre. Vous partirez pour Punta Nizuc Reef en hors-bord. Une fois arrivé, vous monterez à bord du Subsee. La visite climatisée est commentée en anglais et en espagnol et aborde les différentes espèces de récifs coralliens, la vie marine et les poissons exotiques que vous verrez lors de la visite. Combinez l'art et la nature sous la forme d'incroyables statues grandeur nature. Cette visite est une excellente option pour les enfants ou les personnes qui ne savent pas nager et souhaitent explorer le monde sous-marin.

Cool experience in the middle of the ocean. I took my 9 year old son on this excursion this last weekend. It was organized and ran smoothly. My son isn’t a strong swimmer and I have never snorkeled before so this was a great alternative to explore the sea bed. We were able to see fishes, turtles, statues and white sand! And there was a nice surprise at the end for all of us. My son was happy I booked it. I recommend this to everyone!

Great the kids had a boat ride and then went into submarine and saw the fish and coral without having. To master snorkeling and swimming ( 5 and 7 yrs)

When I made the reservation in the morning the description didn’t say which time slots are available. Later the operator told me the only time available for Atlantis submarine is 3 pm which is only 2 hrs from my onboard time. I had to request a refund from Viator and went to Atlantis Submarine directly just in case someone cancels their reservation. Surprisingly the lady in Atlantis Submarine said there were still spots available for 12:30 pm. I asked her if she could see my booking for 3 pm in the system. She said she couldn’t see it. It must have been refunded. I paid 110 USD each for the submarine of 12:30 pm. Later on I found my request for refund for the 3 pm trip was declined. It is definitely a SCAM!
An apology for the misunderstanding, however, the schedules that we have as an agency are not the same as those that the marina has for its direct clients, so we could not make the immediate change, however the tour continued to be offered since there was no cancellation due to part of us or the marina, for this reason TripAdvisor did not make the refund.
All the wonderful experience, from the attention, facilities and especially the submarine and its crew. An unmissable experience!

A very nice experience, the facilities are clean, during the tour in the submarine the guide (Veronica) is explaining to you whether the animals that appear, the ruins, the depth, etc. I definitely recommend it, they also have Photography Service.
