We had an amazing time on this adventure! The ATV ride was exciting, the ziplines were so much fun, and the cenote was absolutely stunning and refreshing. A special thank you to our guide, H, for making the experience even better. H was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and kept the energy high throughout the tour while making sure everyone felt safe and had a great time. Everything was well organized from start to finish. We highly recommend this tour—it was the perfect mix of adrenaline, nature, and great service. If you’re visiting the area, this is definitely a tour worth booking—you’ll leave with amazing memories and a huge smile on your face!
Atv ride was rough and engine was very hot… the employees were very friendly and are willing to help the deaf group.
The ATV rides was just driving anywhere and nowhere. It was bumpy and people didn’t know how drive. Zipline and cenote was cool.
The guide was great, fun and helpful, the whole experience was great, we really enjoyed our time on this tour
Angel (our tour guide) was awesome. His jokes always had me cracking up which made the experience even better. The tequila class was also great too!

“I had an incredible time at J Capital in Cancun. The service was top-notch—so organized and professional. We especially loved the ATV adventure, zip-lining, and the cenote swim. Plus, the pickup and drop-off rides were always on time, making the whole day seamless. I was really impressed by their honesty—my daughter left her phone in the car, and they returned it right away. I couldn’t be happier with their service!”

We booked 9 solo ATVs and 3 shared ATVs for our group of 17. Unfortunately there was a mixup with the reservation and we ended up with only 12 spots. I figured they’d apologize for the mixup and call an extra van, no big deal. Instead I was assaulted by the driver and after he left I was told no refund would be given despite us never making it to the excursion. If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.
Hi Maiya, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the reservation discrepancy. Our team worked to resolve the situation at the time by offering available alternatives; however, you ultimately decided not to participate in the tour. If you would still like to pursue a refund request, you may contact Viator directly, as they handle booking-related requests and will review your case according to their policies. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
I was very disappointed with this tour and would not book it again. Upon arrival, my family and I were informed that we needed to pay an additional $60 that was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. No clear explanation was provided, and we felt we had no choice but to pay in order to participate. The actual time spent at the cenote was extremely short, approximately 15 minutes, which felt rushed and did not match our expectations. Much of the experience seemed focused on selling additional products and services rather than allowing guests to enjoy the attractions. Staff repeatedly encouraged guests to purchase water shoes, goggles, photos, and other extras. While the company now states these items are optional, the way they were presented made many guests feel they were necessary for participation. There were also multiple requests for tips throughout the experience, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. I understand that tours may offer optional upgrades and additional purchases, but guests should be fully informed of all mandatory fees before booking and should not feel pressured into spending more money throughout the day. Overall, this experience did not provide the value or transparency I expected, and I cannot recommend it to other travelers.
Hi, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take your comments regarding communication, optional services, and the overall experience seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to investigate this matter further. Please contact us through our official channels and share your reservation details so our team can review your case and provide proper follow-up.
I would love to leave a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I can’t. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were constantly being upsold, even after already spending over $200. We also fell for the VIP package, which cost an additional $130, and in hindsight, it simply wasn’t worth it. The “VIP” experience was essentially the same large group of people, just moved to a smaller cenote. The ATV tour was especially disappointing. Rather than exploring scenic trails or interesting terrain, you simply ride in circles along a dusty path behind other riders. There’s really nothing to tour. To make matters worse, the ATVs themselves were in poor condition. I would strongly recommend wearing pants instead of shorts, as the ATVs can get extremely hot and actually burn your legs. Unfortunately, there was no first-aid assistance available for the burns. We’ve done ATV tours elsewhere and have never experienced this issue. The zip lines were enjoyable, but not enough to justify the overall cost. Guests are not allowed to bring their phones on the ATVs or zip lines for “safety reasons,” leaving you with the option of either purchasing the professional photos or having no photos at all. The photo package costs another $79. The tequila tasting was probably the highlight of the experience and was genuinely enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend this excursion. Between the constant upselling, underwhelming activities, and additional costs, it simply wasn’t worth the money. Save your money and look elsewhere.
Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that parts of the experience did not meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the optional upgrades, ATV experience, and photo policy, as they help us identify opportunities for improvement. We're glad you enjoyed the zip lines and especially the tequila tasting, and we thank you for giving us the opportunity to host your adventure. What To Do In Cancun Customer service team
